The cattle will sell under the terms and conditions of the American<br />
Angus Association. All announcements from the auction block take<br />
precedence over printed materials.<br />
Tr u c k i n g:<br />
Lathrop Trucking (Randy Lathrop) will be available sale day. Cattle<br />
may be loaded following the sale, but can remain at the sale site until<br />
trucking arrangements can be made or pickup arranged. If you are<br />
unable to haul your own cattle, truckers believed to be reliable will be<br />
on hand to assist you.<br />
Liability:<br />
All persons attending the sale and related functions do so at their<br />
own risk. Evans Farms and the sale management and staff assume<br />
no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents or injuries that may<br />
occur. The sale manager is only an agent for the seller and has no<br />
responsibilities other than that involved in conducting the sale.<br />
