• Tighten the Bark Control Collar and/or trim your
dog’s hair where the Contact Points touch his neck
to ensure good skin contact.
• Replace the battery.
• If your dog still does not respond, contact the

• Ensure that the battery is properly installed.
• Replace the battery.
• If the Indicator Light still does not flash, contact the
Customer Care Center at
1-800-732-2677.
