The HAL ® Tactical Modular Equipment
Packs are modular, lightweight, compact,
adaptable, and reliable. The components
offered will set the standard for tools used
in Tactical, SWAT, Dismounted IEDD,
Route Clearance or other tasks and
equally challenging operations.
The components are packaged in unique
Modular Equipment Packs, so end users
can customize the kits needed for their
specific needs and applications.
The HAL ® Tactical’s compact design
provides excellent mobility and is easily
secured to protective equipment or
hand carried.

Modular
The HAL ® Tactical Modular Equipment Packs (MEPs) allow for
cost effective customization and can be augmented without
needing to purchase all new equipment. Equipment selection
can be quickly and easily adapted as mission needs dictate.
Lightweight
The HAL ® Modular Equipment Packs have been tailored to
the needs of dismounted operators who carry their entire
equipment load with them during operations. By utilizing
composite, polymer, and metal materials with some of the
best strength to weight ratios available, equipment weight has
been significantly reduced.
Compact
The HAL ® Tactical Modular Equipment Packs are as compact
as possible so as to not impede the mobility of end users in
high speed operations. Tools have either been reduced in
size or collapse to fit in the smallest possible carrying case.

The HAL ® Tactical Modular Equipment Packs are designed
to deal with a wide variety of situations using a much smaller
equipment load out tailored for dismounted operations.
Tools are designed for multiple applications to allow the
dismounted user to carry as little gear as possible without
seriously sacrificing remote handling capabilities.

The HAL ® Tactical Modular Equipment Packs are engineered
with the same high standard of quality that users expect
from Allen-Vanguard. All HAL ® Tactical Tools carry the same
warranty as our other industry leading HAL ® equipment.
Modular Equipment Packs
The HAL Tactical is based on ‘modules’.
The standard Core Kit comprises of a leg
pouch and three modules: Line, Basic Clamp
& Manipulation, and Anchor. Optional Specialty
modules include:
