Technical Advisory Committee
The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) was created to gather technical input from Federal, State,
regional and local agencies with direct knowledge of the trail corridor. The active TAC members
included:

The Nature Conservancy
U.S. Fish and Wildlife

Stakeholders
The City and consultant team identified key project stakeholders early in the planning process in order
involved them directly in development of the trail alignment and design features. The stakeholders
include property owners within the project area, neighboring property owners and managers, and other
special interest groups with direct social or economic ties to the project area. The active project
