Terms and
Policies
School discounts apply to groups of
six or more students, plus at least one
chaperone.
Students must be under 30 years of
age and in full-time attendance at
school. Student ID must be presented
upon entering the auditorium.
One complimentary ticket is offered
per every 20 tickets paid in full.
Each school order is subject to a nonrefundable
$20 service charge.
A 30% deposit is due within 30 days
of the invoice date.
For school orders placed within 65
days of the performance, a $120 nonrefundable
deposit is required within
48 hours of ordering.
Your school contract will be mailed
with the invoices. The signed contract
should be returned with the deposit
payment. For all online orders, you
must accept your contract and your
invoice will be e-mailed to you.
Full payment is required 30 days
prior to the performance date. All
ticket orders fully paid 30 days or
more prior to the performance date
will be mailed. We accept American
Express, MasterCard, Visa, Stratford
Shakespeare Festival gift certificates,
money orders and cheques.
Adjustments to an order must be
completed prior to the final balance
due date on the invoice.
Cancellation of an entire order
received more than 30 days before
the performance date will be subject
to a $100 cancellation fee in addition
to the $20 non-refundable service
charge. Cancellation of an entire
order received less than 30 days prior
to the performance date will forfeit
the total deposit.
Fully paid tickets are non-refundable.
Fully paid tickets may be exchanged
on an individual basis for another
performance during the same season,
provided they are received for
exchange at least 24 hours before
the performance for which they were
purchased. However, any special rate
that applied to the original ticket does
not apply to the new ticket. There is a
$4 charge for each ticket exchanged,
plus any difference in ticket price.

Complete your permission forms
From your school/board website, download
and fill out your class’s permission/field trip
form and send home with the students.
Don’t forget to set a deadline for the forms to
be handed back in.

• Brown-bag it.
• BBQ in the park: bring some charcoal,
BBQs are provided.
• Order picnic lunch from the Festival.
• Visit a local eatery. (See listings on

Students require:
Parent permission form filled in and handed to your teacher.
Birth certificate (original or copy), citizenship card, naturalization
certificate or consular report of birth abroad – in hand on the day of travel.
Adults require:
Passport or passport card and/or green card (if applicable) – in hand on the day of travel.
Teachers require:
Fieldtrip supervisor’s letter – in hand on the day of travel.*
Statement of consent on school letterhead.*
Name of group and supervising adult.
List of all students on trip, with the following information (this information should be on
the parent permission form that you sent home with each student):
Full name
Address, including zip code
Home phone number
Date of birth
Place of birth
Name of one parent/guardian
