Policies<br />
School discounts apply to groups of<br />
six or more students, plus at least one<br />
chaperone.<br />
Students must be under 30 years of<br />
age and in full-time attendance at<br />
school. Student ID must be presented<br />
upon entering the auditorium.<br />
One complimentary ticket is offered<br />
per every 20 tickets paid in full.<br />
Each school order is subject to a nonrefundable<br />
$20 service charge.<br />
A 30% deposit is due within 30 days<br />
of the invoice date.<br />
For school orders placed within 65<br />
days of the performance, a $120 nonrefundable<br />
deposit is required within<br />
48 hours of ordering.<br />
Your school contract will be mailed<br />
with the invoices. The signed contract<br />
should be returned with the deposit<br />
payment. For all online orders, you<br />
must accept your contract and your<br />
invoice will be e-mailed to you.<br />
Full payment is required 30 days<br />
prior to the performance date. All<br />
ticket orders fully paid 30 days or<br />
more prior to the performance date<br />
will be mailed. We accept American<br />
Express, MasterCard, Visa, <strong>Stratford</strong><br />
Shakespeare <strong>Festival</strong> gift certificates,<br />
money orders and cheques.<br />
Adjustments to an order must be<br />
completed prior to the final balance<br />
due date on the invoice.<br />
Cancellation of an entire order<br />
received more than 30 days before<br />
the performance date will be subject<br />
to a $100 cancellation fee in addition<br />
to the $20 non-refundable service<br />
charge. Cancellation of an entire<br />
order received less than 30 days prior<br />
to the performance date will forfeit<br />
the total deposit.<br />
Fully paid tickets are non-refundable.<br />
Fully paid tickets may be exchanged<br />
on an individual basis for another<br />
performance during the same season,<br />
provided they are received for<br />
exchange at least 24 hours before<br />
the performance for which they were<br />
purchased. However, any special rate<br />
that applied to the original ticket does<br />
not apply to the new ticket. There is a<br />
$4 charge for each ticket exchanged,<br />
plus any difference in ticket price.<br />

Teachers require:<br />
Fieldtrip supervisor’s letter – in hand on the day of travel.*<br />
