Set in 89 acres of stunning Sussex countryside, The Hilton <strong>Avisford</strong> <strong>Park</strong> is a beautiful<br />

Georgian Mansion dating back as far as 1166.<br />

As few as 20 or as many as 350 guests, The Hilton <strong>Avisford</strong> <strong>Park</strong> Hotel is the perfect venue<br />

for the perfect wedding. Every room has its own very different characteristics and ambiance<br />

and we have several beautifully appointed rooms for your <strong>Wedding</strong> Breakfast and evening<br />

reception. For larger parties of 350 + guests, we would suggest you consider our unique<br />

exclusive use package, or alternatively we can arrange a suitable marquee facility situated<br />

within our extensive grounds.<br />

Easily accessible by road, rail and air, Hilton <strong>Avisford</strong> <strong>Park</strong> is situated just off the A27 between<br />

Arundel and Chichester.<br />

All events held at Hilton <strong>Avisford</strong> <strong>Park</strong> are bespoke and built to your specific requirements.<br />

With an abundance of internal and external space the Hotel is the ideal setting for small or<br />

large wedding parties.<br />

The Hotel boasts some of the most beautiful grounds in the local and surrounding area, an<br />

ideal backdrop for wedding photo’s that will last a lifetime of memories<br />

Our dedicated wedding co-ordinator Lena Richards-Laird has many years experience and is<br />

renowned for her attention to detail, wonderful weddings, discretion and personal touch. All of<br />

Lena’s clients can be assured of a hassle free event where the focus is on your “dream day”<br />

at all times.<br />

Our Executive Chef Andy Smithers has been at Hilton <strong>Avisford</strong> <strong>Park</strong> for the last 6 years<br />

moving from the Hilton Brighton Metropole and previously Selsdon <strong>Park</strong> where he began his<br />

career in the kitchen. Andy has travelled greatly and spent a year in Australia and also several<br />

months in South East Asia, which he loved so much he has been back to Thailand on another<br />

3 occasions. Andy has a real passion for cooking and really enjoys mixing Asian cuisine with<br />

English and European styles.<br />

truly grand wedding. The Grand Hall is available on an exclusive basis and can accommodate<br />

up to 250 guests for your wedding Ceremony and breakfast and up to 350 guests for your<br />

evening reception.<br />

The Ballroom<br />

The Ballroom can accommodate up to 70 for your wedding breakfast.<br />

Due to the Ballroom’s location, evening functions with music are regrettably not available in<br />

this room, and consequently all Manor House wedding evening functions are held in the Henty<br />

The Henty Suite<br />

The Manor House wedding breakfast can be served in our Ballroom or in our contemporary<br />

Henty Suite, which boasts a private bar and doors opening onto our front lawns.<br />

guests for your evening reception.<br />

The Terrace<br />

Originally the Library, this room depicts the traditional atmosphere of the Hotel. Situated on<br />

the ground floor with access to the patio areas, and overlooking the beautiful lawns and<br />

gardens of the Hotel.<br />

Civil Ceremony & Civil Partnership<br />

<strong>Avisford</strong> <strong>Park</strong> is licensed to hold Civil and Partnership Ceremonies in two of its most<br />

prestigious rooms. The Terrace room, formally The Library is licensed for up to 85 guests,<br />

and The Grand Hall is licensed for up to 250 guests. Each Civil ceremony takes between 15<br />

mins to ½ hour and both rooms are ideally situated for the celebration drinks reception to take<br />

place in either of their lounge areas or alternatively outside on the lawns/terrace.<br />

The maximum licensed numbers per room also includes the registrar<br />

To accompany the meal<br />

Please find enclosed a copy of our most recent wine list for your reference, which also<br />

contains a comprehensive selection of sparkling wines and champagnes for the Toast.<br />

We suggest that when making your beverage selection you allow for around half a bottle of<br />

wine per adult guest, Toast wines/champagnes will typically serve 6-7 guests per bottle.<br />

We suggest that, as our wine selections are updated on a regular basis, your final choice of<br />

wine should be made around 6 months before the <strong>Wedding</strong> day.<br />

Accommodation<br />

With 138 en-suite bedrooms, including 16 Club rooms and 6 Suites, the hotel is able to offer a<br />

variety of well appointed rooms for your guests.<br />

To make your wedding as stress free as possible your wedding coordinator will automatically<br />

set up a POG on your behalf (personalise online group reservations), for which you will be<br />

given a personalised web address. The POG will allow your guests to book accommodation<br />

online direct from your bedroom allocation at the hotel.<br />

Each wedding is automatically allocated 15 bedrooms and will consist of a mixture of standard<br />

double & twin rooms.
