plates (Alpi Lignum veneer GRAF TBT 2R 557/00/Y12) with waterresistant<br />
surface. Emani countertop wash basin by Keramag, drained<br />
via chrome drain pipe. Odour trap and inlet are integrated into the<br />
supporting structure.<br />
Floor<br />
Veneer-covered floor plate (Alpi Lignum veneer GRAF TBT 2R<br />
557/00/Y12) grooved for floorboard look, shifting to a grid pattern<br />
in the shower area where it is mounted on a drain system installed<br />
flush with the floor (such as Illbruck BF). (Waterproof carrier sheet and<br />
sealing required). Wash basin area features tiles from the Pietratec<br />
Silver Gres Lux series by Cotto D‘Este Antica Ceramica d‘Arte S.p.A.,<br />
laid in half-bond pattern without skirting.<br />
Walls<br />
Tiles from the Pietratec Silver Gres Lux series by Cotto D‘Este Antica<br />
Ceramica d‘Arte S.p.A., laid in half-bond pattern. Frameless partitioning<br />
and doors in laminated sheet glass in the toilet/bidet and shower<br />
areas, mounted between floor and ceiling.<br />
Light<br />
Rich, diffuse light coming from the large window front. Optional artificial<br />
lighting via indirect light at the wall panel above the wash table.<br />
Punctuated accents of warm light through recessed spotlights, installed<br />
flush with the wall.<br />
