The Last Free Arizona’s Thunder Riders
For twelve years in the Free American I strived to maintain an information
flow to my readers and subscribers that was accurate and reliable.
I understand why our founding fathers fought so hard to form and build a
homeland that crafted and assured freedom and liberty for this country’s
people. They warned us then of the dangers and pitfalls of global empires.
When invaded by foreign powers (England wasn’t the only country
trying to lay claim to the land carved out of the wilderness by their ancestors!)
They fought long and hard to assure your freedom and prosperity.
When I witnessed the government’s actions becoming even more ruthless
and tyrannical at Waco than what we witnessed at Kent State during
the Vietnam War, and the media’s lack of balanced coverage, I realized I
would be able to do more for freedom by becoming the media. I did it for
over ten years, through the bookstores and newsstands across America
with the Free American and on shortwave radio, at that time the only
broadcasting medium that would allow a modicum of the truth on the air.
I featured people like Randy Weaver, Col. Bo Gritz, the surviving Branch
Davidians and numerous writers and authors who covered political and
historical events that went far beyond the controlled mainstream writer
and commentators.
Because of the accuracy of my articles and interviews, and the fact
that the Free American was on the newsstands at Borders and Barnes &
Noble and was carried across our country by truckers, bikers and patriots,
I knew I was making an impact when foreign spy organizations like the
(ADL) Anti Defamation League and (SPLC) Southern Poverty Law Center
kept naming me in their hate propaganda. Appearing in their publications,
“Armed and Dangerous”, “False Patriots” and “Guide to Right Wing
Extremist” put out to every police station in New Mexico using the FBI to
do their slander. This publication highlighting “Clay Douglas, The Free
American” was recalled by Governor Gary Johnson, a frequent guest on
my show, after I brought its existence to his attention.
These organizations with their loyalty to a foreign government tried
to use the charge of Racism against me. While I did discuss the Jews in
the same manner they targeted Muslims, I am no racist. Just because I am
white and a Texan, is no reason to lump me into the same category as
George Bush, who claims to be a Christian but whose ancestors fought
with George Washington and are listed in the Jewish Guide For Soldiers
and Sailors of 1946. A Marano Jew they call themselves.

Like Rockefeller, Vice President Cheney, Eisenhower, Roosevelt
and countless movie stars and moguls.
These tactics by the ADL were used on my advertisers and the shops
who sold my magazine. I am sure they were active at Barnes & Noble as
well. My readers were continually complaining to the managers that the
magazine was being hid.
A couple of years ago, I moved my headquarters to Phoenix to start
another type of magazine for the hardcore Harley riders in Arizona. There
were two reasons for that move. One was financial because the motorcycle
industry and interest in biker related reality TV was soaring and
they are willing to advertise to reach this new segment of society. I figured
if I kept the Free American separate, I would be able to get more
advertising.
The other reason is I helped create that mystique. I have rode and
partied with bikers since I got out of the Army. From coast to coast, I
rubbed elbows with the legends that Hollywood has tried to emulate. Sonny
Barger, Don (Mother) Chambers, Angels, Outlaws and Banditos have been
my friends for years. These people are the most freedom loving people I
have ever met, including my years in the “Patriot Movement”.
Thunder Riders covered all of the events I had been riding to and as
been distributed free to all motorcycle riders across the state of Arizona..
It was not only club members that I rode with. I have ridden with Senator
Ben Nighthorse Campbell and Senator Trent Franks of Arizona.
Arizona is rapidly becoming the motorcycle capitol of the US, it is
also building a national awareness of illegal immigration and its debilitat-

ing effect, thanks to the efforts of my friend and
regular guest, Chris Simcox, publisher of the
Tombstone Tumbleweed. His “Minuteman
Project” brought the mass invasion of America
to the Television sets across America. Like me,
Chris found himself targeted by the media and
the administration as a Vigilante as I was when I
helped form the Militias in America.
Despite the intense opposition, the Free
American, supported by my mail order products
and my website did well. Thunder Riders became
the “premier motorcycle magazine in Arizona
according to New Times. I was publishing
both monthly. Then it almost ended, for me, my
magazines, my broadcasting career, and my life.
I had just published what really happened at
the World Trade Center, why the buildings fell
and who was responsible. I had also just come
out with my Video, “The True Face of FEMA”
also, featuring a high up Homeland Security
staffer, Col. John Brinkerhoff, telling Law Enforcement
about the coming 40 year war and revealing
which foreign country was controlling
the new Homeland Security Department just as
you will learn in this issue how a foreign country
is controlling our Ports.
I made the mistake of calling home to ask
my son where he needed me to go next and get
directions. Never dreaming that I could have
enough interest for someone to tap my phone
and lay in wait.
Some of you bikers know what happened to
me. Some of my Free American fans believed
this was an attempted hit. On May 20 th 2004, I
was hit by an old black woman. I never saw her
coming and could take no evasive action. I was
hit with enough force to roll my Harley Davidson
Road King over me three times. My head was
smashed against a curb. As far as I know she
was never prosecuted, had no insurance, was
driving a borrowed car, had no permanent address
and my attorney’s, Jewish, only sued my
own insurance company.
The A Team from Firehouse #12 told the
witnesses I would never make it, that no one injured
as badly as I was, could possibly survive.
They were wrong. But that didn’t keep whoever
was behind this attempt from continuing to try.
The drivers told the Doctors at the emergency
room that I had fought them all the way. I didn’t
want to get on the stretcher and I didn’t want to
get into the ambulance. I therefore reasonably
assume I was conscious, until I got to the hospitals.
Then I was unconscious, or kept that way
purposely, by a long list of drugs I was given for
three months in three hospitals. My sons kept
Thunder Riders running with the support of the
motorcycle community here but they had neither
the experience nor support for the Free
American to maintain it. It went down but my
critics and enemies were not satisfied.
In the fourth month, I had been taken off all
the debilitating drugs, like Haldol, Halcyon and
morphine. Two men in blue pinstriped suits, sans
neckties, approached me in my fourth hospital,
St. Joseph. The two men knew my name and
asked me if I had been hallucinating.
Even off the drugs, I had been experiencing
vivid dreams of the building I was in being on
fire. I could see smoke rolling across the floor. I
had mentioned this to no one. So how did these

strangers know? “A little,” I answered. “Why?
And who are you?”
“You can thank us for that. We are CIA. We
don’t like you publishing Thunder Riders.”
I was stunned. I had been threatened by the
CIA before, back in Miami when I published the
story of George Bush Sr. use of the CIA and
Special Forces to fly Cocaine from Columbia
into Noriega in Panama under Operation Watchtower
but I had published nothing of a political
or sensitive nature in Thunder Riders, ever.
“Are you nuts?” I asked. “Thunder Riders
is my motorcycle magazine. The Free American
is the one I expose you spook types in!” They
had to know that the Free American had not been
out for over four months.
“You have a large audience and you
paint a rosy picture of motorcycle riding. We
don’t like that.” They spoke matter-of-factly and
without emotion. The anger started to overcome
me. This is the one residual effect of the accident
or the drugs. I won’t take drugs for it. It is
why I take Bandit everywhere with me and it is
why he really is a “Service animal”.With him
on my chest, I won’t “go off” on anyone.
The anger started to boil up in my eyes and
my voice. I didn’t believe they were CIA. At that
point in time, I had no idea that the accident might
have been contrived, or how it had been set up.
Nor did I know just how upset the government
was with me. “Does the term, tough shit mean
anything to you? Now, get out of my hospital!”
As they were leaving, I couldn’t resist one
last jab. “By the way boys, thanks for the high!
But it wasn’t nearly as good as the acid you
brought here in the Sixties.
A week later there was another attempt on
my life. A strange woman showed up a few days
after the CIA guys, holding a needle on a large
syringe containing a purple liquid.
“I have to give you an injection, Mr. Douglas.”
she said.
What is that?” I asked.
“It is a tranquilizer.”
“I don’t feel like being tranquil tonight. I
think I will pass.
“You can’t. You have to take this shot.”
“No I don’t. I have the right to refuse medication
. I don’t know what that stuff is, I don’t
know you and my doctor never prescribed that.”
She became quite aggitated. “You have to.
You have to. I am going to go get security and
they will hold you down so I can give it to you!”
“Well, you go get them.”
And she did. She returned with four young,
strapping men in security uniforms.
Maybe she really was a nurse and maybe
the doctor had told them to try to keep me calm
but I had had my fill of their drugs and I refused
again, pulling the best bluff of my life.
“Boys, I have nothing against you but there
are some things you need to know.. I am not taking
that shot and when I was in Special Forces,
they didn’t teach me how to not hurt anyone.” I
then walked up to each one of them and looked
them in their eyes without blinking. “You, I will
take your throat out. You, I will break your arms,
You, I’ll break your legs, and you, I will smash
your kneecaps. You will never walk again after
today, You ready to dance, boys? Come on!”
Fortuately they were not aware of the fact I
hadn’t eaten in four months. The bluff worked.
They tried one more time but that time I called
the cops on them. Suddenly the hospital decided
I was well enough to go home. But home wasn’t
home any longer.
Whether it was the trauma of seeing the heretofore
indestructible Clay Douglas so near
death’s door, or the negative view of the doctors
and the hospitals who would have liked to keep
me institutionalized forever, or some other factor
of which I was not aware, shortly after I got
out of the hospital, my family abandoned me.
My wife chose to be with her ill sister in Tennessee.
My anger at what I felt to be abandonment
led to a separation that she wanted. What

had been one seamless life was now irreversiblly
broken. The divorce came a few months later.
Alone in Arizona, weakened with the loss
of one hundred pounds, shaken by the loss of
my wife of twenty four years and without the
help of my brilliant young sons, I managed to
negotiate a deal with American Free Press to
fulfill all of my Free American subscriptions with
their paper. I was given a title of Outreach Director
and did several expos for them. They did
not live up to all of the deal and failed to supply
the advertising they had agreed to and soon canceled
the radio shows and the network that I was
in the process of setting up for them. “We publish
newspapers. We don’t do radio!” Without
radio, I could not reach anymore people for them
than they could reach with their paper so I quit.
American Voice Radio stepped up to the
plate and gave me a show in the mornings at
7:00 AM Pacific Time. I stayed with them for a
time but eventually went back to Truth Radio a
few months ago. The Free American Hour is now
back on the air over the internet at 7:00 AM
weekday mornings at http://republicradio.com
and http://www.truthradio..com. Thunder Riders
was, according to New Times, the premier
motorcycle magazine in Arizona. Alone for the
first time in 24 years, short of funds and help, I
had to cut back to one issue every two months.
The people that helped me right after I got
out of the hospital did all right for a while but
quickly degenerated after they began taking some
of my advertisers over to another magazine they
soon went to work for. A whisper campaign began
and the strain of doing all the jobs entailed
in publishing a magazine caught up to me. My
salesman and “friend” Big Pete, was calling my
wife to tell her of all the women I was seeing,
when he wasn’t switching my advertisers over
to Thunder Roads.
With the exception of my bookkeeper, Linda,
my attempts to get help were stymied by a
relentles, ruthless, invisable force. This is not a
plea for sympathy or a desperate cry for help. I
think it is important that you all know what I
faced in the past and will face in the future. If I
am to stay alive and keep working I had to decide
which lifestyle and which path to follow. I
have made that choice and you hold it now in
your hands. I chose the avenue I thought was
most important, not just to me but to everyone
you care about in America.. What has happened
to me is happening every day to people around
this country and the world. The President has
told you we are at war, a war that is unlike any
before it. People get hurt in wars. I just don’t
believe we are being told the truth about who
are are supposed to be a war with. After World
War II, Gen. George Patton made the casual statement,
“We fought on the wrong side!” He was
killed a short time later.
. One friend called me from Douglas, AZ with
an offer of help. He had just bought a ranch on
the border and had backed an operation called
Ranch Rescue. In his attempts to help fellow
ranchers, he had been accused of pistol whipping
two illegal aliens he had caught on the ranch
in Texas. That charge was dropped after a hung
jury in Jim Hogg County. Casey Nethercott had
been on my show several times. He wanted to
help with the magazine and to build a radio station.
Over the phone he asked if I could help.

“I could Casey but it is expensive to do a
magazine and even more to start a radio station.”
“Clay, I have a million and a half in one account.
Money is no problem. Come on down and
do an interview with me.”
“Buy me breakfast, Casey. I’ll be there in
the morning.”
He tried and I arrived before 9:00 AM the
next morning, but I couldn’t see him. He was
being guarded by a dozen Border Patrol agents.
Local reporters filled me in with the
government’s version. They said when Casey and
his friend, Tiny, were coming out of Safeway
with the ingredient s of my breakfast, they were
accosted by a man with a gun. According to police,
the bodyguard shot the man, with the FBI
and then Casey and his friends were cut down
by a band of other gunmen who claimed to be
FBI agents.
Casey and Tiny lived. The cameras on the
Safeway parking lot showed they had no gun,
had not shot at anyone. They were shot in cold
blood by over anxious agents. Shortly after, Morris
Dees from SPLC got involved, forcing the
Sheriff in Jim Hogg County to refile the charges
against Casey for “pistol whipping” the two
illegals. When Casey returned to Texas to stand
trial, Morris Dees came to Arizona and sued
Casey. Since Casey couldn’t be here to defend
himself, Morris won and delivered Casey’s 70
acre ranch to the two illegals, who lied about
Casey in court in Texas. This time the jury bought
into the story and gave Casey four years in a
Texas Prison while Morris stole his ranch. The
story made 60 minutes… all but the part about
Casey and Tiny being shot a few hours before
we got to meet.
Everyone now knows that Bush turned the
NSA loose on the American people, but you may
be surprised to read the story following this,
about who was, and is, doing the actual tapping
of our phones. Can you say Israel?
With what happened to Casey, I knew that
my call home had been intercepted and why I
am considered such a danger to the ruling class.
We are in a war for the heart and minds of the
American people!
Desperate for help, I worked out a deal but
gave up the majority of ownership of and control
Thunder Riders to a publicly traded company
in the motorcycle business, MBA Holdings,
in return for funding and a staff, but the CEO
backed out when every one of his stockholders
were subjected to an organized, coordinated
smear campaign straight out of the ADL handbook.
The signed, broken contract still sits in
my briefcase.
I made arrangements to borrow money on
my property in NM to finance a gas station, convenience
store and KOA style park shown on
the previous page, as well as providing enough
money to hire professionals to help me with
Thunder Riders. The lending companies first
agreed to do the deal but then started waffling.
Seems my credit had a blemish on it from the
IRS: An old lien.
I called the IRS and found out that the lien
had been taken off over five years earlier. They
sent me documentation which I forwarded to the
mortgage company.
Then other problems surfaced. One told me
they could only loan money on residential property.
I told them that I had lived there for ten
years, it was rural but definitely a residence. “Oh
no, it has a coke box and a sign in front of it. It is
commercial property.”
It did no good to explain to them that the
reason I had a coke box out front is that my refrigerator
would not hold enough cokes to last
us for a month and the nearest store was 30 miles
away.
By that time I called a nearby bank in New
Mexico, I learned they could not loan me money
because my credit score had gone down, not up,
once I got the IRS liens cleared. Why? Because
fifty firms that I never contacted or heard of, had
pulled a credit-check on me. That number grew
by ten in one week though I talked with no one
and refused to give out any information to solicitors.
Someone had obtained my SS number
and was putting in applications with everyone
they could contact. Who is capable of this? Evidently
there is no way of countering such a tactic.
It also happened to my friend John DeCamp,
attorney and former Congressman who will be
speaking with me at the Next Conspiracy Con.
A friend from Texas wanted to help and sent
money to me via Western Union. She sent it but
when I went down to get it, I was told they didn’t
have it. A few quick phone calls cleared up the
matter. She was asked by Western Union, “Do
you know Clay Douglas?”
“Yes, for thirty years. Why”
“We had to put a hold on the funds until we
could confirm that with you. He is on a government
“Watch List”
I always suspected that. It is why I refuse to
fly anymore. Not pulling my boots off for a bunch
of overzealous foreigners.
One other attempt to send money via Wal-
Mart was put on hold when the funds were frozen.
Just at the time I had said I was going to get
them, someone called in a bomb threat to Wal-
Mart in Dallas, where my friend had gone to wire
the money. Gee, tough luck Clay! “It is
statistcally impossible for a man to have this kind
of bad luck!” my friend told me.
I decided I (and all of us!) had been living in
a dream world for the last three years, trying to
fit back into the carefree lifestyle we all enjoy
so much. Without my wife, I spent too much time
trying to put a relationship back together. For a
time there, I turned my back on the Patriot Movement,
quit talking about the Illuminati, the politics,
world events the involvement of the Jews
from the days of Christ to the days when the Bank
of England run by the Rothschilds, ruled the
world. To modern times when we fought two
world wars to give them Palestine, all sides of
those conflict financed by the bankers, includ-

ing the Bushes. Aryans killing Aryans, Christian
killing Christian, to form a one world government
eventually run from Jerusalem. But until
the Temple is rebuilt, Rockefeller will let them
use his land in New York.
With all of the pressure and all of the negatives,
to try and force me out of business, I considered
myself pretty lucky still to be alive. I am
a little better off than Randy Weaver, Gordon
Kahl, the Branch Davidians, Vince Foster and
Ernst Zundel, who sitting in a German Prison
for the “crime of denying the Holocaust. Everything
I and my writers predicted 6 years ago, is
happening right now. I have been consistently 3
to 4 years ahead of the main steam. But here,
without the support of my Free American listeners
and readers and without my family, the people
that I hired turned out to be either incompetent
or cons.
The last straw for me was the way things
went down this year.
First I lost Pappy, my oldest and closest
friend and the last of the Dirty Dozen. He moved
to Illinois to try and put his relationship back
together with his wife, Beth.
Then I was 86ed from Hardtailz and the
Blooze. Both clubs had gotten free advertising
when they fell on hard times. Both kicked me
out over my insistence of bringing Bandit to the
clubs. With his card, he eats at P.F. Changs,
Outback and even Denny’s, but the manager of
Hardtailz refused to let me go to the bathroom
with Bandit strapped to my chest.
Out one day, I ran into a friend, John
Stapleton, who told me he got busted for disorderly
conduct. He hired the Law Tigers to represent
him. The lawyer they gave him didn’t show
up the day of the trial. John had to plead guilty
and got a $650 fine. When I called Warren
Levenbaum to talk with him about advertising, I
asked him what had happened. I was told that if
I mentioned his name or firm in my magazine he
would sue me. His son Ari, did the same with
John, threatening him with a lawsuit if I wrote
about the incident. In twenty five years of publishing
and writing I have never been sued for
slander or libel. I told Warren that a case about
disorderly conduct wasn’t worth writing about,
but now that the head of such a large law firm
had threatened me, now it was front page news.
After being deluged with phone calls about
John’s situation, Warren paid part of the fine for
him. I am eagerly waiting for him to sue me for
telling the truth.
That makes Warren about the third Jewish
lawyer to refuse to advertise with me. Go Figger.
Ron Brown of BAM was the first to break
his one year advertising contract after he saw a
copy of the Free American.
These are some of the reasons I decided to
move back to New Mexico and put the Free
American back out.
This is the first of the changes of Thunder
Riders, first by combining it with the Free American
and going back to doing what I have been
doing for so long and so well. All of my Free
American readers have always known that I was
a biker. Now all of you bikers will know the
truth about who I am and why I published the
Free American. It is what I have done and you
will know, if you read this whole magazine from
start to finish, why I do it.

Mark Bradshaw, owner of the Hideaway told
me he didn’t want the Free American in his bar
because it was a “racist” magazine. I could have
kept the two separate, and concealed the fact that
I published both. But you too have been living
in a dream world, separated from reality by your
television and your newspapers. The fact is that
this is not just about race or religion. It is about
freedom and liberty and the truth.
How can you buy into the government’s
theory that a bunch of Arabs in a cave in Afghanistan
could make the US Air force stand
down while they rammed hijacked (or remote
controlled) aircraft into the World Trade Center?
The defective towers were bought a few
months earlier after a Jewish group called the
Silverstein Company, insured to the hilt then
“brought down”, providing a reason to launch a
“war on terror”. I guess the Patriot Act was just
a bonus that Bush threw in. It creates the same
kind of secret police state that the Bolsheviks
(Code Worde for Jews) who killed the Russian
Czar and his family, created. They installed communism
and created the Soviet Union. They used
Stalin to kill over fifty million white Russians.
.But we aren’t taught that in our government
controlled schools. We are only allowed to think
of the six million Jews supposedly killed by
Hitler. We aren’t told that Marx and Lenin and
the rest of the Bolsheviks were Jews as was 90%
of the Politburo.. Nor are you told that the same
kinds of people are in Washington, pulling the
President’s strings. They are using the politically
correct code, Neo-Cons.
When they took over Russia, they made Anti-
Semitism (criticizing your rulers) a capitol offense.
In Germany, Austria and Canada today,
you can be jailed for the crime of “Denying the
Holocaust” and deported to Germany to stand
trial.

trusted us? We were a bunch of Russians, socialist

A bill is in Congress pretending to reform
the UN but it is really a disguised attempt to turn
the UN into global government enforcement,
making it an international offense to resist tyranny.
This expands the definition of “Terrorism”
and authorizes the introduction of UN troops into
the internal affairs of all countries. Another pending
bill would make Bush President for life.
In my video, “The True Face of FEMA”, you
can hear Homeland Security director Col. John
Brinkerhoff telling law enforcement at Sandia
Labs that we will need 400,000 to 500,000 well
armed, well trained, organized, disciplined troops
to control the American people in case of a natural
disaster of significant proportions. He stresses
they will not be National Guard, “No, no, they
are too expensive. besides they will be off in Iraq
or Iran.. We need a cheap source of well armed,
well trained, organized, disciplined troops!”
If all of our news sources and magazines
are under the control of those globalists whose
plan for one world government has been in written
form as the Protocols of the Elders of Zion

what is happening in Palestine and Iraq can and
will happen here in time. You are holding in

hands and if they are willing to open their

Because of the kind of pressure I have been
subjected to, the demonization of anyone or any
group that might resist, it is hard to find people
who will take a stand and stand up and speak
out. That gives the opponents of liberty and freedom
the power of “Consensus” to enact laws,
rules and regulations without opposition. It has
already begun with the imprisonment of any who
dissent It really doesn’t matter if you oppose
taxation, war, globalization, Depleted Uranium
or the six million figure used to extort money
for a foreign power, you will be dragged off to
the gulags just as Aleksandr I. Solzhenitsyn and
Ezra Pound were. Ernst Zundel was kidnapped
from his home here in the US and spirited away
to Canada and then taken to Germany where he
was imprisoned and charged with denying the
holocaust. Israel is trying to say it has the right
to go into any country to arrest and imprison any
who disagrees with its version of history. .David
Irving, a noted historian, sits in an Austrian jail
for the same offense. So much for freedom of
speech and even freedom of thought! Just a few
weeks ago, the Supreme Court ordered the government
to transfer Jose Padilla, an American
citizen held for three years in a Military Prison,
without trial, on the suspicion that he might do
something. The government, with no evidence,

no trace of radioactive material, insisted that he planned to blow up a
“dirty bomb” here. Kind of ironic that the government is laying down
tons of Depleted Uranium in Iraq, isn’t it? They just learned the the radio
active dust from Iraq, was drifting over England in dangerously high
levels. Karma for the citizens for not stopping the silly bastards that
launched this war.
If we, as Americans, don’t speak up now and come together and
work together, what happened in Russia to this man, will happen to us
here. Russian communists, the Jewish Bolsheviks, who killed the Czar
and his family, used Joe Stalin to starve or slaughter 50 million white
Russians! For us, they have the DU and now warn of the “Bird Flu”.
And you better believe that the bikers will be among the first to be put
into those concentration camps that Halliburton is building. Aleksandr
Solzhenitsyn wrote extensively about how it began.

do not learn from the past, we are condemned to repeat it. Don’t be too
quick to condemn the Arabs based on the lies of the Jews. You may soon
be sharing one of Dick Cheney’s Camps with them.
Aleksandr I. Solzhenitsyn in The Gulag Archipelago: 1918-1956:
How do people get to this clandestine Archipelago? Hour by hour planes
fly there, ships steer their course there, and trains thunder off to it — but
all with nary a mark on them to tell of their destination. And at ticket
windows or at travel bureaus for Soviet or foreign tourists the employees
would be astounded if you were to ask for a ticket to go there. They
know nothing and they’ve never heard of the Archipelago as a whole or
of any one of its innumerable islands. Those who go to the Archipelago
to administer it get there via the training schools of the Ministry of Internal
Affairs. Those who go there to be guards are conscripted via the

Arrest! Need it be said that it is a breaking point in your life; a bolt
of lightning, which has scored a direct, hit on you? That it is an inassimilable
spiritual earthquake not every person can cope with, as a result of
which people often slip into insanity?
The Universe has as many different centers as there are living beings
in it. Each of us is a center of the Universe, and that Universe is
shattered when they hiss at you: “You are under arrest.” If you are arrested,
can anything else remain unsheltered by this cataclysm?
But the darkened mind is incapable of embracing these displacements
in our universe, and both the most sophisticated and the veriest
simpleton among us, drawing on all life’s experience, can gasp out only:
“Me? What for?”
And this is a question, though repeated millions and millions of times
before, has yet to receive an answer.
Arrest is an instantaneous, shattering thrust, expulsion; a somersault
from one state into another.
We have been happily borne — or perhaps have unhappily dragged
our weary way — down the long and crooked streets of our lives, past all
kinds of walls and fences made of rotting wood, rammed earth, brick,
concrete, iron railings. We have never given a thought to what lies behind
them. We have never tried to penetrate them with our vision or our
understanding. But there is where the Gulag country begins, right next
to us, two yards away from us. In addition, we have failed to notice an
enormous number of closely fitted, well-disguised doors and gates in
these fences. All those gates were prepared for us, every last one! And all
of a sudden the fateful gate swings quickly open, and four white male
hands, unaccustomed to physical labor but nonetheless strong and tenacious,
grab us by the leg, arm, collar, cap, ear, and drag us in like a sack,
and the gate behind us, the gate to our past life, is slammed shut once
and for all.
That’s all there is to it! You are arrested!

And you’ll find nothing better to respond with than a lamblike bleat:
“Me? What for?”
That’s what arrest is: it’s a blinding flash and a blow shifts the present
instantly into the past and the impossible into omnipotent actuality.

circus moon will blink at you: “It’s a mistake! They’ll set things right!”
And everything which is by now comprised in the traditional, even
literary, image of an arrest, will pile up and take shape, not in your own
disordered memory, but in what your family and your neighbors in your
apartment remember: The sharp nighttime ring or the rude knock at the
door. The insolent entrance of the unwiped jackboots of the unsleeping
State Security operatives and the frightened and cowed civilian witness
at their backs. For the witness, jerked from his bed, it is torture too — to
go out night after night to help arrest his own neighbors and acquaintances.)
Once more, this is not a matter of race or religion. It is about the
principles this country was founded on. Read the words of one of our first
presidents in this issue, to understand what principles this country was
founded on. The oath I took when I volunteered for Vietnam was to defend
the Constitution against all enemies, domestic and foreign. It did not
have an expiration date. I will continue to write about biker events but I
will not beg for advertising or kiss anyone’s ass to get it. Under certain
conditions I will sell local rights to the right people to sell local advertising
in Thunder Riders and/or the Free American and take care of the distribution
in their area . For now I will combine the two to make the first

“David Irving, like Galileo, Victim
of ‘Thought Crimes’ Inquisition”

THE FREE AMERICAN AND THUNDER RIDERS
On February 20, 2006 historian David Irving
was convicted by an Austrian court for the
thought crime of questioning the six million figure
of the Holocaust. He also “recanted” his previous
skepticism that the Nazis used gas chambers
to kill millions of Jews. Sentence: three
years in prison.
Irving’s humiliation is reminiscent of how
Galileo, another great seeker of the truth, in order
to escape torture and imprisonment, was
forced to deny what he knew to be fact — that
the earth revolved around the sun.
Who is behind this new thought crime medievalism
that is descending upon the world?
Who are the inquisitors that are opening the
doors of this arctic clamp-down on free speech?
They are descendants of the same Jews who
financed and masterminded the conquest of Russia
in 1917. 1 Such made it a speech crime, punishable
by death, for a Russian to identify as Jewish
any of the 4,000 Jewish revolutionaries ruling
Russia.
It meant a death sentence in 1918 to question
“Soviet reality” by suggesting that it was
primarily Jews, not the people of Russia, who
deposed the czar. Similarly, after World War II,
the forces of ADL/B’nai B’rith descended on
Germany and Austria and made it a crime punishable
by imprisonment to deny “Holocaust reality”
— that six million Jews were killed upon
Hitler’s orders, very largely through gas chambers.
The Zionist “new medievalism” since that
time has created hate crimes bureaucracies
throughout the western world. In Canada, Europe,
Australia, etc., these new Torquemadas
enforce incredibly severe penalties against those
who criticize federally protected groups, particularly
homosexuals and Jews. Questioning the six
million figure of the Holocaust is considered
defamation of the Jewish dead. It is a hate crime
tantamount to pushing over gravestones in a cemetery
or spray-painting them with swastikas.
Many Victims of ADL Hate Laws
David Irving, while now feeling the crushing
weight of the thought crimes jackboot, is actually
only the most famous of many whose lives
have been devastated under indictment by ADL/
B’nai B’rith thought crimes laws worldwide.
Here are some of the victims, past and
present:
• Doug Collins, B.C. columnist, spent $200,000
before his death defending himself against the
charge of questioning the Holocaust figures.
• Malcolm Ross, New Brunswick teacher and
evangelical Christian, was financially and professionally
devastated for alleging a “Zionist
conspiracy.”
• Scott Brockie, Ontario printer and evangelical
Christian, was bankrupted after spending over
$170,000 defending himself against the hate
crime of refusing to print pro-homosexual literature.
• Hugh Owens, Saskatchewan evangelical Christian,
was fined over $6,000 for printing in the
local newspaper several Bible verses critical of
homosexuality.
• Germar Rudolph, German scientist, was recently
deported from America to a German
prison for the thought crime of questioning the
figures and methods of the Holocaust.
• Rev. Ake Green, Swedish evangelical pastor,
was convicted and sentenced to a month in prison
for the hate crime of reading Scriptures critical
of homosexuality in his church. His conviction
was overturned largely as a result of world outrage.
• Rev. Anthony Grigor-Scott, Australian evangelical
pastor (http://www.biblebelievers.org.au/
), is now under indictment for the hate crime of
alleging a Zionist conspiracy.
• Rev. Steven Boissin, Canadian evangelical pastor,
is now threatened with thousands of dollars
of fines for the hate crime of criticizing homosexuality.
• Bill Whatcott, Canadian evangelical Christian,
is under two indictments for criticizing homosexuality.
He faces potential fines of more than
$35,000.
• The “Philadelphia 11,” evangelical Christians,
were arrested on October 10, 2004 for eight
charges including the hate crime of witnessing
to homosexuals. Their acquittal freed them from
prison time of up to 47 years and fines of $80,000
each.
New Federal Bill Hate Bill Looming
In the United States, ADL’s Orwellian antihate
bill could be reintroduced in Congress at
any time. It has been narrowly defeated in years
past but enjoys overwhelming support among
members of Congress. The Jewish newspaper
Forward warns its readers against mounting
evangelical opposition to the hate bill. Yet it is
optimistic: “...the hate crimes bill stands its best
chance of passage in a half-decade...” 2
The Coming Storm
The conviction of David Irving is a chilling
wake-up call that hate crimes laws and international
enforcement of them are not going to go
away. They are vital to the ADL/B’nai B’rith
master plan for eventual triumph over Christian
civilization.
Proponents of hate laws say they protect all
ethnic groups and religions equally. Actually, in
Canada, the record shows that over the last 35
years such laws have left Christians undefended
against bias crimes. In contrast, they have vigorously
protected homosexuals and Jews.
ADL hate laws are responsible for the imprisonment
of David Irving today.
They intend the same for you and me tomorrow.

America’s Controlled Media

Concealing a Critical Danger to the Future of the World
The United States is facing an extreme and critical danger, which is barely
mentioned anywhere in the media.
I have been analyzing for you recently the monolithic and interlocking
cabal, which forms the Jewish-controlled American media. [Let us FI-
NALLY tell the TRUTH here, which of course you will never hear in the
American or any other media - that the media in America is controlled by
Jews. Please go back and read again all the names mentioned in my last
report.] Speaking this truth is NOT anti-Semitic - telling lies about Jews
IS. Neither I, nor TBR News, is anti-Semitic, in fact I like all my Jewish
friends immensely - they are witty, intelligent, and good people, and I
sincerely wish them peace and a long life. But this fact is the truth, and is
very relevant to what follows below, otherwise I would not mention it -
we MUST speak the truth, and the truth alone will set us free.
The media in America have three primary functions, none of which has
anything to do with news, or informing the public of the truth. First, they
provide “bread and circuses” for the teeming masses, as in the declining
days of the Roman Empire - entertainment in the form of sensational
stories about the sexcapades of movie stars, rapes by sports figures, child
molestations by priests, abduction and murders of children, weddings and
funerals of famous people, tsunamis, earthquakes and hurricanes. All of
which are hyped and beaten to death with the song of trumpets and the
roar of cannons, until we can stand no more of it, and then the next circus
act comes along. The purpose of all this sound and fury is pure smoke and
mirrors - to distract the ignorant and gullible public from the true, sad and
desperate state of their little lives, and the real and critical dangers the
country is facing.
The second function of the media, helped along by the first, is to make
money for their advertisers – the chemical, defense, agricultural, petroleum,
political, financial, automotive, and drug industries. Many of these
industries are in fact themselves the owners of the media, in a vast conglomerate
of financial power and unimaginable wealth. Part of this moneymaking
function, too, is to conceal financial and political corruption, and
the brazen theft of the American public’s property and wealth by the military-industrial
complex and the world’s ruling classes, and the lifelong
exploitation, from kindergarten through old age, of the American people,
until they are discarded like so much garbage when they can no longer
work, and no more wealth for the ruling classes can be ground out of
them.
The third function of the Jewish-controlled American media (and this is
why that truth is significant) is to persuade the American public that the
foreign-policy interests of the United States are congruent with those of
the State of Israel, and that the sacrifice of our American children’s lives
and the pouring out of the national treasure purely for the benefit of Israel
are just, and good, aims. The war in Iraq is the current prime example. (I
wish I could detail for you exactly how a torrent of false intelligence was
supplied to the CIA and the Pentagon by the Israeli Mossad in the year
before we invaded Iraq, but if I did so, I would be identified and charged,
or at the very least fired from my job. There are only a few who know
those details. You will have to take my word for it.) Turning Russia from
our friend, as it was when Ronald Reagan left office, into an enemy of the
USA, is another example. Turning the European countries (which have
no great love for Israel) from American allies into allies of China, is a
third example.
THE FREE AMERICAN THUNDER RIDERS EDITION
In light of those three functions, there is a critical danger facing us which
has been kept from the American public by the Jewish-controlled media,
and the American government with which it works hand in hand. (And in
this regard, there is absolutely NO difference- none - between Republicans
and Democrats.)
This is the danger: That if EITHER the United States OR Israel should
attack either Iran or Syria, President Musharraf of Pakistan will be assassinated,
and Pakistan’s nuclear arsenal will fall into the hands of a rabidly
anti-American, fundamentalist, Islamic regime. These are not possible
present weapons, as in the case of North Korea. These are not potential
future nuclear weapons, as in the case of Iran. These are not purely imaginary
nuclear weapons, as in the case of Iraq.
These weapons, which are hardly mentioned by the media as a threat to
the survival of America and thus to the future of the world, exist NOW -
TODAY - at least 50, perhaps as many as 125, nuclear weapons, fully
built, armed, ready, and waiting to be used, any one of which could vaporize
one, or two, or five million Americans in a millionth of a second. And
that means YOU. And me too - I live and work near Washington, DC:
Target #1. The largest weapon detonated by Pakistan (so far) was estimated
to be on the order of 40KT - forty thousand tons of TNT. Just
ponder, for one moment, what ONE ton of low-yield fertilizer explosive
did to the Murrah Building in Oklahoma City, and you will understand
what that number means.
Musharraf has already by sheer luck survived at least THREE attempts to
kill him. Those are only the actual bombings we know about - we do not
know how many more plots have been prevented before they could go
forward. Can he survive another attempt, as the ally of Christian America,
if Christian America (a Christianity so constantly, loudly and arrogantly
proclaimed by George Bush and his Republican friends) willfully attacks
another Muslim country? This is highly doubtful. Self-proclaimed Christian
American soldiers have killed a hundred thousand Muslim civilians
in Iraq - a country which NEVER threatened the USA in any way - have
tortured and sexually humiliated countless Muslims, both male and female,
have smeared feces on the Koran as an interrogation tactic, have
stolen money, have shot unarmed Muslims in a mosque - on camera -
(imagine how YOU would feel if Muslims had shot to death YOUR unarmed
injured son on the altar steps of your local church) and have horribly
maimed untold hundreds of thousands of Muslim women and children.
And America blindly supports Jewish Israel and its barbaric actions
against its Muslim conquered peoples, brutal actions which are brazenly
contrary to every international law, treaty, and convention of warfare and
human justice.
This is the view, from the other side from where “we” stand. You,
dear reader, may see it differently, but that is irrelevant to the present
problem.
Can Musharraf suvive an American-Israeli attack on Iran or Syria?
Probably not. There are several articles, from sources both common and
obscure, which will illustrate Musharraf’s precarious hold on his continued
life, and on Pakistan, and which will illustrate that his enemies are
powerful and waiting for the opportunity to strike him down, and which
will detail Pakistan’s terrifying nuclear capability. If Osama bin Laden is
still actually alive (or even if not - there are many heads to that monster,)
he or his successors are waiting close by in Pakistan, and daily praying to
Allah to grant them control of Pakistan’s nuclear arsenal. Will their dream
become our nightmare? If America or Israel attacks Iran or Syria - in one
word - YES. What then? END

THE FREE AMERICAN AND THUNDER RIDERS
TRIBUTE TO A REAL THUNDER RIDER, WILLIAM CARROLL,
Doc and Spyder wrote a beautiful
tribute to Pappy. Almost was jealous
that I had not been there to help
and hadn’t had the time to write
something that expresses my love and
admiration for this man. I traveled all
over the country for forty years but I
always drifted back through Phoenix,
and every time I did, I called up
Pappy and went over to sit in his office
and talk to him. No matter where
I went, what I wrote or published,
Pappy was always there for me, always
reading what I had written.
He came to see me while I was
in the hospital and later, showed his
love for me in his own unique style.
“Yeah, you even cussed me out, you
son-of -a-bitch! And I’ve known you for forty years!” He said it with a
smile.
I saw him before he left. Briefly. I couldn’t stay there and watched all
of his guns and knives and pictures being packed up and loaded on a
truck. I found it upset me more to see Pappy leave than it had when any of
my wives packed up and left. The bright side is that although he is far
away in Illinois, He is with Beth and I will always have a place to go.
If I need a place to stay, A place of safety and the presence of someone
who cares about me. I can go to Pappy. I have traveled my whole life
and always ended up back here in Phoenix. I have been accused of being
a hermit because I go over to visit anyone. Except Pappy!

the thought of that doesn’t keep from missing you. Hell, I’d give all of the
women I’ve had here to you if I thought that would make you stay.

UFOs and government cover-ups a dozen years

The so-called “conspiracy theorists” are
proven time and time again to be right far more
often than not. God bless the “conspiracy theorists”
of today. For tomorrow they will be called
“hero.”
It is time for all of humankind to grow up
quickly and take a look at some disturbing things.
I, though, will be the first to tell you that this
can be an extremely difficult undertaking for
most card-carrying earthlings. This is due to the
fact that those same masses are nothing more
than products of years, if not decades, of programming
and indoctrination (by design)... and
not real knowledge that is truly self-empowering.
Case in point: Look at the word “graduation.”
Etymolically it is derived from two
words... “gradual” and “indoctrination”...
“gradu-ation.” Furthermore, why do you think
it’s called television “programming?” Perhaps
the all-seeing “eye” network can answer that one.
It’s the one with show titles like “Martial Law”
and “Big Brother.”
It is said “Seek the truth... and the truth shall
set you free.” A wonderful statement and ideal,
but it is incomplete. There is a bumper sticker
out there that sums up the “waking-up” process
on this planet perfectly... “The truth shall set you
free, but first it’ll piss you off!” And, I for one
am pissed off. If you aren’t, then you’re either
dangerously ignorant as to the way this world is
truly run and controlled; you’re in complete denial
about this reality; or you are a willing pawn
in this global game of chess played by the worst
of tyrants.
If you fall under that last category, I feel compelled
to quote a line to you from the TV
miniseries “V” in which a rebel declares, “Congratulations
on selling out your race to a bunch
of night crawlers.” If you fall under the first
two categories, and think you can “handle the
truth,” then look no further. To be forewarned
is to be forearmed. Join us each year and gain
the knowledge that will truly set you free…

Conspiracy Theory No More
Commentary By Brian William Hall
I’ll begin with a question that simply needs
to be asked. Why is there a pathological obsession
in this country with putting the words
“theory” and “theorist” after “conspiracy?”
There are, at least, two possibilities that come to
mind. The first is that the word “conspiracy” is
like a Rorschach test. It inherently comes with a
variety of psychological responses upon hearing
the very word - the primary reaction (so far)
being closed-mindedness. The second possibility
would, indeed, suggest a conspiracy. This
severe skepticism (or pathos) by most against
anything that challenges traditional lore is in
place by design and derived from years of indoctrination
through a carefully conceived program
within mainstream educati
on, politics and media for the purpose of social,
financial, political and intellectual control of the
masses. Most recently, this ideology was supported
(and even demanded) by George W. Bush
who, after 9-11, stated publicly, “Let us never
tolerate outrageous conspiracy theories…”
Why would the President make such a proclamation?

When something negative occurs (murder,
assassination, terrorist attack, etc.) any good investigator
will ask him or herself one very important
question, “Who benefits from this?”
Then one simply follows where the evidence and
moneyand& paper trails lead him.
Why, then, wouldn’t the President want
people to theorize about who or what was behind
the most devastating attack on American
soil in history? After some thought, his decree
would seem counter-productive. Unless, that is,
Mr. Bush and his administration would benefit
from little or no inquiry from those he professes
to protect just as, say, Lyndon Johnson may have
benefited from appointing the very biased Warren
Commission to investigate the death of his
predecessor.
Well, growing numbers of U.S. citizens are
simply not wanting to trust the words of our current
White House occupant and the media giants
anymore. This sentiment is shared by those
Americans (especially in our post 9-11 world)
who are deciding to think outside of the box and
do their own homework on both history and current
world events. And by doing so, they have
discovered that things are truly not what they
appear to be on planet Earth.
How do I know these people are out there?
Because, I’ve had the honor of getting to personally
know them.
Furthermore, most (like Clay Douglas, along
with others who have the guts to act on their
knowledge) are extremely credible individuals
who simply choose to defy the mainstream and
think for themselves. Each possess a passion to
ask the right questions on many issues that demand
further investigation, regardless of where
the truth or controversy may take them. For example:
Is it a “theory” that the CIA is deeply involved
in drug dealing and mind control programs;
that the Federal Reserve and the IRS are
not government bodies, but privately owned; that
there are blatant inconsistencies in the “official”
versions of the OK City bombing and 9-11; that
the 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor (perhaps like 9-
11) was allowed to happen; that the government
for 50+ years has had a sophisticated program
in place to cover up the UFO phenomenon; that
there was more than one gunman in the JFK assassination;
that occult technologies, which may
have devastating effects on our health and the
environment, are being developed above and
below ground; that the Chemtrail phenomenon
is real and many “trails” contain hazardous
chemicals and/or biologicals; that AIDS and
other “designer” diseases were manufactured for
depopulation purposes; that non-polluting free
energies and life-saving alternative medicines are
suppressed by powerful corporations and corrupt
government agencies; that Secret Societies
like The Skull & Bones (George W. Bush and
John Kerry are members) do exist and hold
strong influence over who is elected to positions
of both political and financial power? And the

list of questions goes on and on.
Ask yourself then. Are the examples above
really conspiracy “theories” or are they programs
and agendas that are not only conspiratorial in
nature, but have been proven to exist based on
research, documentation and testimony by many
hardworking, dedicated and concerned people?
I personally know the answer to this because I,
too, am one of those so-called “wacko conspiracy
theorists” who has actually taken the time to research
these very issues and much more. And
my personal findings are nothing short of shocking.
But, for those of you who are not quite sure
yet and require more confirmation on these and
other conspiracy topics… well, there is a little
conference I know of.

How “The Free American” Suffered from
the Jewish Supremacistsm, or, just Another
Victim to Add to the List

You may have once heard of the magazine
“Free American,” which was sold at Barnes &
Noble, among other distributors. (Its website still
exists at - http://www.freeamerican.com .) It was
produced by Clay Douglas.
I used to go to Barnes & Noble every month
and pick up a copy of “The Free American”—
with it usually hidden (deliberately, no doubt)
behind several other magazines. And this was
the case no matter to which store I went, as there
are a few in this area. I don’t know if it was the
employees who did it, or if the customers were
doing it. (I think the latter.)
In any case, the reason that they did this, I
suppose, was due to the fact that Clay’s magazine
exposed Zionism in all it wickedness. Even
the covers of his magazine would often expose
the Jewish supremacy for all to see. No wonder
then that his magazine was hidden by some.
Jewish supremacists, of course, worked in a concerted
effort to suppress his magazine. This fact
was not kept hidden.
While his magazine continued to sell thousands
of copies every month, Barnes & Noble
suddenly said that they no longer wanted anything
to do with it.
Some time shortly thereafter, I addressed a
letter to one of the people at Barnes & Noble
about this, asking how come they had so many
other publications that they continued to carry
but sold less than Free American. For instance,
Barnes & Noble continued to sell many pro-homosexual
magazines that no one wanted, but that
didn’t stop them. The person who worked there
brushed my question off to the side. Perhaps,
my question was politically incorrect, or maybe
the person just didn’t want to deal with reality at
the moment.
Not too much later, Clay Douglas was run
off the road while he was on his motorcycle.
Someone in a car did a hit-and-run, from what I
understand. Was it the work of a Zionist advocate?
It’s hard to say for certain. He had long
been on the ADL’s hate-list, and was undoubtedly
hated by the Jewish Defense League as well.
He suffered a concussion, and was hospitalized
for four months.
When he got out of the hospital, he had all
but given up on restoring his magazine “The Free
American.” He still had (and has) another magazine
called the “Thunder Riders,” targeted towards
motorcyclists— and started anew on a
radio show. He had a popular radio talk show
that went worldwide prior to his accident.
Undeterred, he promoted his motorcycle
magazine “Thunder Riders” feverishly. He
would distribute it free to over 500 places
throughout Arizona, with a monthly press-run
of 20,000, surviving strictly on advertising. It
started to pick-up steam.
What happened next, however, came somewhat
as a shock to him.
He decided to go public with his magazine.
An agreement was reached with a company who
was interested. He had a contract signed.
Shortly thereafter, however, some Jewish
stock holder within the company that was buying
an interest in Clay’s magazine sent e-mails
to many other stock holders, and told the person
who was overseeing the transaction, in no uncertain
terms, that he would be removed from
his post if the funds were transferred for this.
And that’s where he stands now—just another
victim of Jewish supremacy at its worst.
The Jewish stock holders will probably just set
sail if much (or even anything) comes out of it,
should he decide to sue them.
How many victims are there of the Jewish
supremacists? How many have suffered at their
hands? In more recent times, we see such people
as David Irving, Ernst Zundel, Siegfried Verbeke,
and Germar Rudolf. And to their names, we can
add a few more dozen to the list— http://

Still, the true number of those people who
have suffered at the hands of these Jewish supremacists
are in the thousands, if not the tens
of thousands, when we begin to count all the victims
like Clay Douglas, who has suffered needlessly
for his patriotic act to awaken the American
public to the Zionist menace.

AN EXPLANATION OF THE FACTIONS

The new head of “Homeland Security,” Michael
Chertoff, is the only son of Livia Eisen, El Al’s
first “hostess” (Israel’s state run airlines) and
intelligence agent involved in Mossad’s “Operation
Magic Carpet.”
I broke the news shortly after Homeland
Security was formed that the Israeli equivilent
of the CIA or KGB, the Mossad, whose motto
is “Warfare Through Deception” had demanded
an office in the new agency. With the
appointment of Chertoff, who could be the twin
brother of Lenin, or clone, as the head of Homeland
Security, they got more than an office, they
got the whole damned agency. CRD
Michael Chertoff, the new head of the Department
of Homeland Security, was approved in a 98-
0 vote in the U.S. Senate without the question of
his Israeli roots – and nationality – even being
raised.
On February 15, 2005, Michael Chertoff, an
apparent dual national with Israeli roots, was sworn
in as the second Secretary of the Department of
Homeland Security (DHS). The new “homeland
security czar,” who oversees the U.S. Bureau of
Citizenship and Immigration Services, seems to be
hiding his own dual-national status – with the cooperation
of the controlled press.
Although the media scrutinized Bernard Kerik,
President George W. Bush’s first choice to head
DHS, and uncovered embarrassing details about
his mother, there was no discussion of Chertoff’s
mother, who played a noteworthy role in the creation
of the Zionist state in Palestine.
The omission of Chertoff’s mother’s Zionist
past suggests that there is an effort by the media to
conceal his ties to Israel and his status as a “de
jure” Israeli national, by birth. Under Israeli law, a
child born to an Israeli citizen, including children
born outside of Israel as first generation out of Israel,
is considered an Israeli citizen. The child remains
an Israeli national until he or she formally
renounces their Israeli nationality.
Chertoff was born on November 28, 1953 in
Elizabeth, New Jersey, to the New York-born Rabbi
Gershon Baruch Chertoff and Livia Eisen, the first
hostess for El Al, Israel’s state-owned airlines,
founded in 1948.
SON OF A RABBI
“The son of a rabbi,” The Star-Ledger of Newark,
New Jersey, reported on February 16, “Chertoff
was born in Elizabeth, graduated from Harvard
University in 1975, and received his law degree
from Harvard Law School in 1978.”
The Star-Ledger, Chertoff’s hometown newspaper,
however, seems to have omitted mentioning
his mother to avoid discussing that Livia [Eisen]
Chertoff lived and worked in Israel and was apparently
an Israeli national.
The Star-Ledger is well aware of Livia’s Israeli
roots. Six years ago, in her obituary of December
21, 1998, the paper reported her role in the
founding of Israel. “She [Livia Chertoff] was the
first airline hostess for El Al airlines and participated
in Operation Magic Carpet, the famous airlift
of Yemenite Jews to Israel,” it reported.
Even in 1998, however, The Star-Ledger was
vague about Livia’s nationality. “Born in Poland,
Mrs. Chertoff lived in Palestine and Elizabeth before
moving to Florida several years ago,” it wrote.
Israel’s citizenship law of 1952 says: “Any Jew
who immigrated to Israel before July 14, 1952, was
granted citizenship after declaring a desire to reside
permanently in Israel.” As El Al’s first hostess,
Livia probably held Israeli citizenship.
Furthermore, a “child born on or after July 14,
1952,” is an Israeli citizen if “at least one of whose
parents is a citizen of Israel, regardless of the child’s
country of birth.”
EVASIVE ANSWERS
Secretary Chertoff was evasive when American
Free Press asked about his mother’s nationality,
which if Israeli, would make him an Israeli national.
A “national” is defined as a citizen of a particular
nation, while formal citizenship status confers
specific rights, duties, and privileges on the
citizen.
Asked about the status of Chertoff’s mother’s
nationality, DHS spokesman Brian Roehrkasse
provided an evasive answer: “He does not hold,
nor has he ever held, dual citizenship.”
“While his mother did reside in Israel, he
[Chertoff] does not believe she ever held Israeli
citizenship,” Roehrkasse said. She resided there
during the British mandate period (prior to the creation
of the state of Israel), later lived in the UK,
and he believes she may have held British citizenship
at the time she worked for El Al.”
Livia reportedly participated in Operation Magic
Carpet, the top-secret airlift of some 45,000
Yemenite Jews to Israel from June 1949 to September
1950. Livia’s connection with El Al and
the secret airlift operations run by Israeli intelligence,
indicate she was involved with Israel’s intelligence
agency, the Mossad.
Operation Magic Carpet was so secret it wasn’t
even revealed to the press until months after the
last of the 380 flights from Yemen had arrived in
Israel in late 1950.
Chertoff’s children have attended Jewish private
schools, and his wife, Meryl Justin, was a cochair
of the regional Anti-Defamation League’s
(ADL) civil rights committee.
Chertoff is secretive about his childhood, perhaps
to avoid discussing the intense Talmudic and
Zionist upbringing he received in a family in which
all the men were rabbis and scholars of the Talmud.
“My childhood was...average...Nothing stands
out. It all kind of blends into the murky past,” he
told The Star Ledger in March 2001. Pressed for
more details, Chertoff “reclined in his chair” and
said, “I’ll take the Fifth.”
Michael’s father, Gershon, was the first child
of Paul Chertoff from Russia, and Esther Barish,
from “Roumania,” according to the 1930 U.S.
Census. Gershon graduated as a teacher of the Talmud
at age 20, in May 1935.
In 1930, the immigrant couple lived in a $90
rented apartment in Brooklyn and had three children,
Gershon, Naomi, and Mordecai. Imbued in
the Talmud, the Chertoff children became ardent
Zionists.
Chertoff’s father, Gershon, was a rabbi and
teacher of the Talmud, as was his uncle Mordecai.
Their father, Paul, was a “teacher” of the Talmud
at the Jewish Institute (yeshiva) in New York. When
the elder Chertoff died in 1966, he was described
as an “Ex-professor of Talmud” in the New York
Times.
Naomi also studied the Talmud and was serving
her fourth term as national president of the
Young Women’s Zionist Organization of America
when she married in 1946. Naomi had attended
Hebrew University in Palestine before Israel became
a state on May 16, 1948.
While there are published reports of Chertoff
family weddings in New York and London there
are no reports in the New York press about the
marriage of Chertoff’s mother and father.
Because Livia came from Israel and worked
for the state owned airlines, it seems probable they
were married in Israel. Given his mother’s role in
the founding of the Israeli state and the intense
Zionist character of his family, it seems likely that
Chertoff spent time in Israel as a child. “My religious
and spiritual beliefs are pretty much what
I want them to be,” he said. Given his background,
this suggests he is a Talmudic Jew.

NO OPPOSITION
Unlike other Bush nominees, there was no opposition in the Senate to
Chertoff heading DHS. The Senate voted 98-0 to approve Chertoff on February
15. Chertoff, 51, took the oath of office that night in “a private ceremony
at the White House.”
DHS has a $32 billion budget, 180,000 employees, and jurisdiction over
immigration, customs and transportation security, the Coast Guard, the Secret
Service and the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
The question of Chertoff’s dual-nationality doesn’t seem to have concerned
a single U.S. senator.
“I applaud President Bush for this outstanding choice,” said Senate Majority
Leader Bill Frist (R-Tenn.). “We are proud to have a man of his caliber
and talent serving and protecting the American people.”
“Our country is very fortunate to have someone with the background,
experience, the intellect, the qualifications and the integrity of Judge Chertoff,”
Senator Susan Collins (R – Maine), chair of the Senate Homeland Security
Committee, said.
After six hours of debate, Collins urged the Senate to act quickly on
Chertoff’s nomination.
During the period before and after the terror attacks of September 11,
2001, Chertoff headed the criminal division at the Department of Justice
where he “helped trace the 9/11 terrorist attacks to the al-Qaida network.”
Chertoff became Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division,
by a vote of 95-1 on May 24, 2001. The dissenting vote came from Senator
Hillary Rodham Clinton (D – N.Y.).
In this position Chertoff was architect of some of the most controversial
elements of the Bush administration’s domestic war on terrorism and played
a central role in formulating the Bush administration’s “anti-terrorism policy.”
He defended the administration’s decisions to hold military tribunals for non-
U.S. suspect terrorists and to monitor phone conversations between attorneys
and their clients.
Chertoff oversaw the detention of 762 foreign nationals for minor immigration
violations, although none was charged with a terrorism-related crime.
The detention of hundreds of people was necessary to detect “sleeper cells”
of terrorists, he said.
“Chertoff headed the Justice Department’s criminal division when hundreds
of foreigners were swept up on minor charges and held for an average
of 80 days,” The Washington Post reported. “Some detainees were denied
their right to see a lawyer, were not told of the charges against them, or were
physically abused.”
At the same time, Chertoff allowed scores of suspected Israeli terrorists
and spies to quietly return to Israel. In several cases, Israeli suspects working
for phoney moving companies, such as Urban Moving Systems from
Weehawken, N.J., were caught driving moving vans which tested positive
for explosives. On September 14, Dominic Suter, the owner of the moving
company, which was found to be a Mossad front company, fled to Israel after
FBI agents requested a second interview.
One group of 5 Israelis was seen on the roof of Urban Moving Systems
videotaping and celebrating the destruction of the World Trade Center. These
Israeli agents were returned to Israel on visa violations.
These Israeli suspects, and others, who had apparently transported explosives
in the New York area, were allowed to return to Israel without being
properly interrogated or their presence and activities in the United States
having been vigorously investigated.

Democrats Call for Investigation of NSA wiretaps
Democratic House leaders called Sunday for an independent panel to
investigate the legality of a program President Bush authorized that allows
warrantless wiretaps on U.S.citizens, according to a letter to House
Speaker Dennis Hastert. “We believe that the President must have the
best possible intelligence to protect the American people, but that intelligence
must be produced in a manner consistent with our Constitution and
our laws, and in a manner that reflects our values as a nation,” the letter
says.
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi; Minority Whip Steny Hoyer;
Rep. John Conyers, the ranking member on the House Judiciary Committee;
and Rep.Henry Waxman, the ranking member on the House Committee
on Government Reform, signed the letter.
Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice defended Bush’s actions, telling
“Fox News Sunday” the president had authorized the National Security
Agency “to collect information on a limited number of people with connections
to al Qaeda.”
On Saturday, Bush acknowledged he authorized the NSA to intercept
international communications of people in the United States “with known
links” to terror groups, and criticized the media for divulging the program.
He said he has re-authorized the NSA wiretap program about 30
times “and I intend to continue doing so as long as we have terror threats.”
While the NSA is barred from domestic spying, it can get warrants issued
with the permission of a special judicial body called the Foreign Intelligence
Surveillance Act Court. Bush’s action eliminated the need to get
a warrant from the court. Asked why the president authorized skipping
the FISA court, Rice said the war on terrorism was a “different type of
war” that gives the commander in chief “additional authorities.”
“I’m not a lawyer, but the president has gone to great lengths to make
certain that he is both living under his obligations to protect Americans
from another attack but also to protect their civil liberties,” Rice said on
“Meet The Press.” “And that’s why this program is very carefully controlled.
It has to be reauthorized every 45 days. People are specially
trained to participate in it. And it has been briefed to leadership of the
Congress, including the leadership of the intelligence committees.”
Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid said “Congress was never involved”
in Bush’s decision. “I think all you need to know is look at former
Senate Intelligence
Committee chairman Bob Graham — he was never informed of domestic
eavesdropping,” the Nevada Democrat said on “Fox News Sunday.”
“There should be committees investigating this.”
Top Republicans also called for hearings. “We have to resolve the
issue to show Americans we are nation of law not outcomes,” Sen. Lindsey
Graham of South Carolina said on CBS’ “Face The Nation.” “I would like
to see the intelligence committee look into it.”
“There is a theme here that is a bit disturbing,” the Judiciary Committee
member said. “If you allow him [Bush] to make findings, he becomes
the court. You can’t allow him or others to play the role of the court because
then others adopt that model when they hold our troops.”
Sen. John McCain also said that if the matter goes to a congressional
panel that the intelligence community should investigate. “You’ve got to
be very careful about putting into the open situation” sensitive information
“that would be helpful to al Qaeda,” he said.
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Arlen Specter, a Pennsylvania
Republican, told “CNN’s Late Edition with Wolf Blitzer” there were
many questions but cautioned against politicizing the matter.
“I’d like to inquire why they didn’t go to the Federal Intelligence
Security Act,” [FISA] which sets up a special court to authorize national
security wiretaps,” the senator said. “That’s a real question they
have to answer.”
Sen. Russ Feingold, D-Wisconsin, said he believes Bush’s action violated
the law. “FISA law says it’s the exclusive law to authorize wiretaps,”
he said. “This administration is playing fast and loose with the law
in national security. The issue here is whether the president of the United
States is putting himself above the law, and I believe he has done so.”
“The president did notify key members of Congress,” he said, but he
added that the matters of how much those members of Congress were
told — and what they should have done about it — were unsettled.
Sen. Carl Levin, a member of the Intelligence Committee, said it is
possible the president’s action was illegal, but that should be determined
through hearings. “But I don’t want to prejudge whether the president
broke the law,” “We need an explanation. We need it fast. The American
public is entitled to the protections of the law.” END

ADL’S FOXMAN: NEW TESTAMENT IS ANTI-SEMITIC

Abraham H. Foxman, national director of the Anti-Defamation League of
B’nai B’rith, believes anti-Semitism will last as long as Christians accept
the New Testament’s “lie” that the ancient Pharisees were responsible for
the death of Christ. 1
In his recent book, Never Again? The Threat of the New Anti-Semitism, 2
Foxman claims this “deadly” 3 deception has caused untold Jewish suffering
through the millennia. Such New Testament-generated hate culminated
in the Holocaust, he claims - but it breaks out afresh as the “Christkillers”
charge is inferred in Mel Gibson’s Passion of the Christ and readings
from the “anti-Semitic” Christian story at Easter.
Foxman says another wave of global anti-Semitism and persecution of
Jews could be on the way unless Christians agree to ignore large sections
of the New Testament.
What sections will probably be on his “must censor” list? Certainly, it
would include Christ’s incendiary attacks on the Pharisees, whom He called
“whitewashed tombs, full of dead men’s bones.” 4 Foxman would also
censor the Apostle John: “He who has the Son has the life; he who does
not have the Son does not have the life... Who is the liar but the one who
denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the Antichrist, the one who denies
the Father and the Son.” 5 In the book of Revelation, recorded by John,
Jesus says those Jews who reject Him are “the synagogue of Satan,” 6
another passage Foxman would certainly cut out.
But most importantly, Foxman would censor the multitude of passages in
all the Gospels that reveal a pharisaic conspiracy to entrap and finally
murder Christ. 7 The book of Acts squarely lays blame for the crucifixion
upon the Pharisees and the nation of the Jews. 8 To please Foxman, St.
Paul’s clear indictment must also be omitted: “The Jews...killed the Lord
Jesus and the prophets and drove us out. They are not pleasing to God but
hostile to all men.” 9
Foxman claims Jews were not responsible for the crucifixion and that
Roman officials masterminded Jesus’ death. But only one “Roman official”
is mentioned in the New Testament as authorizing the crucifixion;
Pontius Pilate was a weak-willed political opportunist, reluctant to condemn
Christ. He was coerced by an entire Jewish Sanhedrin and a mob of
Jewish citizens who screamed, “Crucify him! His blood be upon us and
on our children.” 10
Foxman’s Case Against the New Testament
Foxman summarizes his case against the New Testament:
“Over the last century a growing preponderance of evidence and scholarly
study has demonstrated that the execution of Jesus was instigated
primarily by the Roman authorities who ruled Palestine in the first century
C.E., not by the Jewish people. And the anti-Jewish rhetoric that
mars several books of the Christian New Testament has been shown to
reflect not historical fact but the rivalry at the time the books were written
between Jews who followed Jesus and those who did not.
“Nonetheless, versions of the Gospel narratives that emphasize Jewish
guilt (rather than the responsibility of the Roman imperial authorities who
actually imposed and carried out the death sentence) were included in the
Christian canon. As a result, with every annual reading or reenactment of
the story of the death of Jesus in Christian churches, millions of Christians
imbibed the notion that the Jews had been guilty of the worst crime
in history. Into our own time, the deicide libel has been used to justify
hatred of Jews and violence against them, including from Christian pulpits.
Through the centuries these denunciations have led to countless outbreaks
of violence against Jews, including murderous pogroms, a bitterly
ironic betrayal of the legacy of the man Christians revere as the Prince of
Peace.
“For almost two thousand years Christian teachings drove the spread of
anti-Semitism throughout Europe and beyond. (As we’ll see, the current
explosion of anti-Semitism in the Moslem Middle East is fueled largely
by myths and doctrines that originated in Europe.) The story of Christian
anti-Semitism is a long, complicated and tragic one. Scholars such as the
late Dr. James Parks have traced a direct line from ancient Christian teachings
on Jews and Judaism to the death camps of Hitler.” 11
Christians Still Guilty
According to Foxman, Christians in modern times are also very largely
responsible for the Holocaust.
“...many Germans and Austrians who spent the week murdering Jews then
went to church on Sunday, apparently seeing no inconsistency in their
actions and it’s also true that the political and social atmosphere in which
the persecution and killing of millions of Jews could be seen as broadly
acceptable could not have existed without the tacit acceptance of the Christian
churches - as well as the ingrained anti-Semitism of twenty centuries
of dogma, doctrine and preaching that demonized Jews...because Christians
and the Christian churches had spread hatred of Jews for so long,
it’s impossible for Christians - and in particular the Catholic Church - to
regard themselves as passive or innocent bystanders during the Holocaust.
The killings could not have happened without the sins of millions Christians
- sins of commission as well as sins of omission.” 12
Modern Christianity, Foxman asserts, is thus based on hateful, vengeful
lies spread by the New Testament. He says the evangelism practiced by
devout Christians is also anti-Semitic. “Although it is supposedly motivated
by love for the Jews, this idea [that Jews should be converted] is
inherently anti-Semitic in that it implicitly denigrates the value of Jewish
belief.” 13
Threat of Religious Right
But Foxman’s allegations go farther still. He says we should fear Christians
because they want to take over America! They are “part of a broader
strategy to transform American government into a wholly owned subsidiary
of the evangelical movement... They seek the power to impose that

faith on everyone in America, replacing pluralism
and tolerance with theocracy.” 14 Ironically,
Foxman thus becomes one of the “conspiracy
theorists” he usually rails against.
Foxman’s ADL exerts enormous influence
over at least half million Jewish members of
B’nai B’rith worldwide. His dark warnings about
the Christian threat helps explain the eagerness
of many Jews to oppose Christian symbols, ceremonies,
holidays, and values.
Foxman is trying to instill a guilt complex
in Christians and a desire in the Jewish people
to resist, restrict, and ultimately persecute Christians;

To stimulate Jewish anger at Christians, evil
Jewish leaders are creating a truly Big Lie: that
the New Testament is inherently evil, anti-
Semitic and violence-generating - a book which,
like Mein Kampf, should not be read.
How Should Christians Respond to Foxman?
Bible-believing Christians remain extremely
reluctant to identify evil Jewish leaders for what
they are (Jewish). Such truthtelling, however,
would be very constructive. It would embarrass
the Jewish community into restraining their
brethren in Jewish “civil liberties” groups and
the media. Tragically, lack of specificity from
evangelicals only gives a green light to evil Jewish
leadership, hidden behind a media they control.
Eventually, they will convince not only the
Jewish people but the world that Christianity is
the most hateful and hurtful of the world’s religions.
A generation from now, our media-reared
children may regard Christianity as deserving
outright persecution.
The power of Foxman’s blame-throwing
against Christians inheres in his presumption that
all who have ever called themselves Christians
are indeed Christians. This allows him to lump
together in “collective guilt” those who, throughout
history, were Christian in name only with
those who do in fact epitomize the words of the
gentle Jesus. Christ commanded us to love our
neighbors and bless our enemies.
Anyone who behaves in a malicious persecutive
manner toward Jews, especially to the

extent of the medieval barbarities and pogroms,
is not a Christian. A true Christian is simply not
responsible for the misdeeds of counterfeit Christians,
nor is the New Testament.
Nowhere does the New Testament remotely
hint that Christians should persecute Jews, nor
does it provide even one example of such persecution.
On the contrary, the book of Acts contains
at least 20 instances of Christians being
persecuted at the urging of Jewish leaders. 16
This is the kind of persecution that ADL’s
national executive board member, Philadelphia
district attorney Lynne Abraham, brought down
upon 11 Christians in Philadelphia in 2004. They
were jailed and threatened with 47 years in prison
and $80,000 fines each, for the “hate crime” of
witnessing to homosexuals on a public sidewalk.
Should Christians Change the New Testament?
Can Christians accommodate Foxman and
disregard the New Testament? Not without destroying
Christianity - the New Testament defines
Christianity.
No Christian can omit or de-emphasize any
part of the New Testament. To do so is to be
ashamed of the Gospel of Christ, an act for which
Christ will be ashamed of that person on the Day
of Judgment. 17
After 300 years of blessing 18 from Christian
America, a nation established on New Testament
values, it is time for Foxman to face reality.
Jews, far from being harried victims, have
been the coddled darlings of evangelical New
Testament-believing Christians since at least the
17th century.
Foxman and Jewish leaders should stop raking
up the past and count their present blessings
- blessings which would never have come upon
them except within a civilization upholding
Christ’s New Testament message of love and
forbearance.
The church must stand resolute against
Foxman’s demands that it deny the New Testament.
It is Foxman’s persecution complex which
must end.

Washington, D.C.—This morning’s revelation of
spying on Americans by the National Security
Agency caused an uproar in the Senate, with
members demanding an explanation from President
Bush. The Senate then refused to authorize
the extension of certain sections of the USA Patriot
Act because the sections endangered civil
liberties.
The New York Times
On Friday said Bush authorized the NSA to
eavesdrop on Americans and others inside the
U.S. in a search for terrorist activity—without
court-approved warrants. Usually, warrants are
usually required for domestic spying.
But there are other examples of intelligence
agencies breaking the law to spy on Americans
inside the U.S.:
# The Defense Department finally has
agreed to allow officers involved in Able Danger

secret Pentagon program set up to map the international
al Qaeda network, to testify before Congress.
Over half the members of the House had
signed a letter demanding such testimony after
the Pentagon refused to produce the officers involved
for questioning. Able Danger claims to
have tracked Mohammad Atta, the lead hijacker,
as long ago as 1998.
The project supposedly was blocked from
telling the FBI what it had discovered by Defense
Department lawyers who feared word
would get out that the government was breaking
the law by letting intelligence agencies spy inside
the U.S.
# Last week J.D. Cash, a reporter who has
tracked the Oklahoma City bombing case in the
McCurtain Daily Gazette, a small-town Oklahoma
newspaper, reported the paper had obtained
Secret Service documents revealing the
use of a secret military spy satellite by federal
investigators after the bombing of the Murrah
Building. According to the Gazette, the documents
showthe satellite was tasked to gather intelligence
at Elohim City, a racist religious community
in eastern Oklahoma. # In his testimony
before the 9-11 Commission, DefenseSecretary
Donald Rumsfeld said the Defense Department
could not protect Americans from attack within
the country’s borders, but could only operate
abroad. But in the late 1960s and early 1970s,
the Defense Deparment through one or another
of its intelligence agencies openly spied on citizens

Fox News Spikes Four Part Story
On Phone Tapping Scandal
What follows is the original article I wrote
when the news story first broke regarding the
existence of a system to tap into any phone in
America built into the surveillance system used
by law enforcement authorities. Several cases
were cited where investigations ranging from
drug running and money laundering to the events
of 9/11 had been compromised by leaks from
the company that operated the phone taps as well
as phone data from an associated company that
handles billing services for almost every phone
in America.
The focus of the article was a single question.
Could Israel be blackmailing the entire US
Government and media?
The answer is now obvious. Fox News, the
so-called “We report, you decide” all news network,
has removed the four part story from their
website. No explanation is given except for the
single Orwellian sentence at the end of one of
the links, “This story no longer exists.”
Israel, purportedly our friend, has been spying
on us all. And we’re not talking about individual
spooks like Jonathan Pollard, or smalltime
networks such as the 140 Israelis arrested
by the FBI prior to 9/11, or the 60 arrested since
(including 5 arrested who were cheering
and celebrating as the World Trade Towers collapsed).
It turns out that Israel has had a potential
wiretap on every phone in America for years,
along with the ability to monitor and record who
any person is calling, anywhere in America; information
of great value even if one does not
listen to the calls themselves. Amdocs, Inc. the
company which sub contracts billing and directory
services for phone companies around the
world, including 90 percent of American phone
companies, is owned by Israeli interests. Yet
another company, Comverse Infosys, is suspected
of having built a “back door” into the
equipment permanently installed into the phone
system that allows instant eavesdropping by law
enforcement agencies on any phone in America.
This includes yours.
Concerns about allowing an Israeli company
such intimate access to the infrastructure go back
many years. As reported by Fox News, the Israeli
company Amdocs was implicated in the
leaking of police phone data that resulted in the
collapse of on investigation into a massive drug
and credit card fraud operation with Israeli connections.
In a telling repeat of the Los Angeles drug case,
investigators looking into the attacks on the World
Trade Towers are again reporting that confidential
telephone information is again being leaked in a
manner that is interfering with the investigations.
Again, Amdocs was implicated.

Not content with the phones of ordinary citizens
in the United States, evidence has surfaced
that Israel compromised the telephone systems
at the highest levels of the US Government.
Now, I want you all to stop and think for a
minute of the full ramifications of this. Israeli
interests have the ability to listen in on ANY
phone in America connected to any of the systems
used by Amdocs or Comverse Infosys. They
have had this ability for several years. They can
listen in and track the phone calls made by
anyone’s phone, whether police officer, elected
official, media talking head, editor, policy setter,
news mogul, even the President of the United
States. The Ken Starr report on Whitewater describes
how Bill Clinton warned Monica
Lewinsky that a foreign government was tapping
their phone calls.
Few indeed are the people in America who
do not have something to hide. That insider trade,
the brief but torrid affair, the stolen votes, the
deliberate smear, the role one played in an assassination,
the acceptance of money from drug
runners to look the other way. Be honest. Is there
a skeleton in your closet you hope will stay there?
Something nobody knows about? Well, if that
skeleton involved a phone call, someone may
know about it. Amdocs and Comverse Infosys.
And their Israeli owners.
Just think about it for a moment. Everyone’s
private phone traffic, right up to the President,
potentially visible to Israeli interests. And you
cannot find the phone taps or bugs because they
are built right into the phone system!
Suddenly, a lot of events which have puzzled
observers start to make sense.
Like the way the US vetoed the UN resolution
calling for peace in Palestine, despite being
the only 1 out of 15 voting nations to have voted
against the measure. The USA gained nothing
by this veto.
But Israel did.
Over the last few weeks, the people of the
United States have seen a great deal of evidence
pointing the finger of blame for 9/11 at Osama
bin Laden and Arabs in general, evidence which
is circumstantial, often self-contradictory, and
in some cases faked. Yet as was reported in the
news, evidence also exists linking many of the
arrested Israeli spies (some of whom worked for
the Israeli telecom companies above) with the
events of 9/11. Yet this evidence is NOT being
broadcast endlessly on the news. In fact, this
evidence is CLASSIFIED. Someone has “persuaded”
the US Government and the media that
the American people are ONLY supposed to see
the evidence that points a certain direction, and
must never see any evidence that points someplace
else. Likewise, the media has been “persuaded”
not to report evidence that Israel knew
of the 9/11 attacks ahead of time. The foreign
press has outright accused the Mossad of taking
part in the 9/11 attacks but the American media
have been “persuaded” not to cover these accusations.
It was well known that there was an Israeli spy
inside the Clinton White House. But Clinton ordered
the FBI to cease searching for the mole, codenamed
“Mega.” It is now known that “Mega” was
not just Mossad spy but top Mossad agent in
America. The cancellation of the hunt for “Mega”
occurred at the same time Clinton warned Monica
Lewinsky that their phone conversations were being
recorded. This strongly suggests that Clinton
was “persuaded” to call off the FBI’s hunt for
“Mega” with the threat of a recorded phone sex
session being made public.
Because of the purported links between Muslims
and the attacks on the World Trade Towers,
the US Government has been shutting down all
Muslim linked charities in the USA. But the
Chairman of the Jewish Defense League, a group
with a violent history, was arrested recently in a
plot to bomb a US congressman.
But the US Government has been “persuaded”
not to take actions against Jewish charities,
while the media has been “persuaded” to
allow the story of hard evidence of JDL terrorism
to fade away as quickly as possible. END
NSA HIRES NEWS AGENCIES
In a recent letter released under the Freedom
of Information Act, the NSA Director of
Policy said that the National Security Agency
(NSA) has contracts to pay news agencies for
information, according to Narcosphere News.
However, NSA authorities refused to reveal details
of the contracts or what information is being
purchased.
The NSA letter gave as little information as
possible, but it did reveal the names of two wire
services that it is paying - Reuters and the Associated
Press. In response to a request about the
nature of the contracts, the letter also reportedly
said, “The NSA contract with these companies
precludes our release of this information. Violation
of these contracts could prevent the government
from obtaining similar information in
the future.”
Some government agencies purchase news
wire services, however the level of secrecy and
defensiveness in the NSA statement has analysts
concerned. If the NSA simply purchased news
wire services, it would have no reason to protect
that information from being released. The NSA
statement may imply that the government is influencing
media and free speech much more than
most people perceive.

“David Irving, like Galileo, Victim
of ‘Thought Crimes’ Inquisition”

On February 20, 2006 historian David Irving
was convicted by an Austrian court for the
thought crime of questioning the six million figure
of the Holocaust. He also “recanted” his previous
skepticism that the Nazis used gas chambers
to kill millions of Jews. Sentence: three
years in prison.
Irving’s humiliation is reminiscent of how
Galileo, another great seeker of the truth, in order
to escape torture and imprisonment, was
forced to deny what he knew to be fact — that
the earth revolved around the sun. Who is behind
this new thought crime medievalism that is
descending upon the world?
Who are the inquisitors that are opening the
doors of this arctic clamp-down on free speech?
They are descendants of the same Jews who
financed and masterminded the conquest of Russia
in 1917. Such made it a speech crime, punishable
by death, for a Russian to identify as Jewish
any of the 4,000 Jewish revolutionaries ruling
Russia.
It meant a death sentence in 1918 to question
“Soviet reality” by suggesting that it was
primarily Jews, not the people of Russia, who
deposed the czar. Similarly, after World War II,
the forces of ADL/B’nai B’rith descended on
Germany and Austria and made it a crime punishable
by imprisonment to deny “Holocaust reality”
— that six million Jews were killed upon
Hitler’s orders, very largely through gas chambers.
The Zionist “new medievalism” since that
time has created hate crimes bureaucracies
throughout the western world. In Canada, Europe,
Australia, etc., these new Torquemadas enforce
incredibly severe penalties against those who
criticize federally protected groups, particularly
homosexuals and Jews. Questioning the six million
figure of the Holocaust is considered defamation
of the Jewish dead. It is a hate crime tantamount
to pushing over gravestones in a cemetery
or spray-painting them with swastikas.
Many Victims of ADL Hate Laws
David Irving, while now feeling the crushing
weight of the thought crimes jackboot, is
actually only the most famous of many whose
lives have been devastated under indictment by
ADL/ B’nai B’rith thought crimes laws worldwide.
Here are some of the victims, past and
present:
• Doug Collins, B.C. columnist, spent $200,000
before his death defending himself against the
charge of questioning the Holocaust figures.
• Malcolm Ross, New Brunswick teacher and
evangelical Christian, was financially and professionally
devastated for alleging a “Zionist
conspiracy.”
• Scott Brockie, Ontario printer and evangelical
Christian, was bankrupted after spending over
$170,000 defending himself against the hate
crime of refusing to print pro-homosexual literature.
• Hugh Owens, Saskatchewan evangelical Christian,
was fined over $6,000 for printing in the
local newspaper several Bible verses critical of
homosexuality.
• Germar Rudolph, German scientist, was recently
deported from America to a German
prison for the thought crime of questioning the
figures and methods of the Holocaust.
• Rev. Ake Green, Swedish evangelical pastor,
was convicted and sentenced to a month in prison
for the hate crime of reading Scriptures critical
of homosexuality in his church. His conviction
was overturned largely as a result of world outrage.
• Rev. Anthony Grigor-Scott, Australian evangelical
pastor (http://www.biblebelievers.org.au/
), is now under indictment for the hate crime of
alleging a Zionist conspiracy.
• Rev. Steven Boissin, Canadian evangelical pastor,
is now threatened with thousands of dollars
of fines for the hate crime of criticizing homosexuality.
• Bill Whatcott, Canadian evangelical Christian,
is under two indictments for criticizing homosexuality.
He faces potential fines of more than
$35,000.
• The “Philadelphia 11,” evangelical Christians,
were arrested on October 10, 2004 for eight
charges including the hate crime of witnessing
to homosexuals. Their acquittal freed them from
prison time of up to 47 years and fines of $80,000
each.
New Federal Bill Hate Bill Looming
In the United States, ADL’s Orwellian antihate
bill could be reintroduced in Congress at
any time. It has been narrowly defeated in years
past but enjoys overwhelming support among
members of Congress. The Jewish newspaper
Forward warns its readers against mounting
evangelical opposition to the hate bill. Yet it is
optimistic: “...the hate crimes bill stands its best
chance of passage in a half-decade...”
The Coming Storm
The conviction of David Irving is a chilling
wake-up call that hate crimes laws and international
enforcement of them are not going to go
away. They are vital to the ADL/B’nai B’rith
master plan for eventual triumph over Christian
civilization.
Proponents of hate laws say they protect all
ethnic groups and religions equally. Actually, in
Canada, the record shows that over the last 35
years such laws have left Christians undefended
against bias crimes. In contrast, they have vigorously
protected homosexuals and Jews. ADL
hate laws are responsible for the imprisonment
of David Irving today.
They intend the same for you and me tomorrow.
