(Ages 6 wks-1yr) Reconnect with yoga in a fun,
new way or try it for the first time. You will start to
strengthen your core after childbirth and release
tension in the shoulders and neck. Yoga poses for
babies engage them in poses that introduce cross
lateral patterns for whole brain function, promote
tummy time, help baby sleep longer and aid digestion
