ACTIVITY GUIDE SCHEDULE<br />
ONLY the fall Activity Guide is mailed. The winter, spring, and summer Activity Guides are available at PRCS centers and parks, as well as <strong>Loudoun</strong><br />
<strong>County</strong> libraries and most <strong>County</strong> Government buildings. The current guide is always available online at www.loudoun.gov/prcs.<br />
GENERAL INFORMATION: What You Need to Know About ...<br />
GENERAL REGISTRATION<br />
Online and walk-in registration for senior<br />
activities only begins at 9:00 a.m. on 6/5/12<br />
for <strong>County</strong> residents. Online registration for<br />
all activities begins at 12:01 a.m. on 6/5/12<br />
for <strong>County</strong> residents. Walk-in registration at<br />
PRCS facilities begins on 6/5/12 for <strong>County</strong><br />
residents when the facilities open (during normal<br />
business hours for each location). Online<br />
registration begins at 12:01 a.m. on 6/12/12<br />
for non-residents (including seniors). Walkin<br />
registration at PRCS facilities begins on<br />
6/12/12 for non-residents (including seniors)<br />
when the facilities open; in other words, during<br />
normal business hours for each location.<br />
MAIL-IN REGISTRATION<br />
Send a completed registration form and<br />
payment (check or money order made out to<br />
“<strong>County</strong> of <strong>Loudoun</strong>”) to <strong>Loudoun</strong> <strong>County</strong><br />
PRCS, 215 Depot Court, SE, Leesburg, VA<br />
20175. An activity registration form is included<br />
in this guide. Forms can also be downloaded<br />
from www.loudoun.gov/prcs. Mail-in<br />
registrations are processed on a random basis,<br />
beginning at 8:30 a.m. on 6/5/12 for residents<br />
and 6/12/12 for non-residents. Credit card<br />
payments will not be accepted by mail. All<br />
mail-in registrations must include payment<br />
by check or money order.<br />
ONLINE REGISTRATION<br />
Webtrac is an online registration system for<br />
enrolling in PRCS activities using a household<br />
identification number and password.<br />
A new household account can be requested<br />
online at www.loudoun.gov/webtrac. A new<br />
account number and password will be sent to<br />
your email address in 2-5 business days. With<br />
a household ID number and password, you<br />
can register and pay for most activities using<br />
VISA, Discover, or MasterCard. If you have<br />
forgotten your account information, you can<br />
retrieve your ID and password at www.loudoun.gov/webtrac.<br />
If you require additional<br />
assistance, please contact your local PRCS<br />
center/park or the administrative office before<br />
the first day of registration!<br />
REGISTRATION FOR LICENSED<br />
PROGRAMS<br />
Additional forms and on-site registration<br />
are required for licensed programs. Please<br />
refer to the corresponding section in this<br />
activity guide or www.loudoun.gov/prcs for<br />
specific registration procedures for licensed<br />
preschool, before & after school programs<br />
and licensed summer camps.<br />
PAYMENTS<br />
Registration fees are due at the time of registration,<br />
unless otherwise noted. Online registrations<br />
must be paid by credit card. Cash,<br />
check, money order, or credit card payments<br />
