"Chinuch L'psagot"*<br />
A nonprofit organization that focuses on education, nurtures pupils from underprivileged areas<br />
who demonstrate potential. It operates a comprehensive enrichment program that accompanies<br />
the pupils from second grade through the end of high school and prepares them for higher<br />

"Tzeva"*<br />
Is a nonprofit social and educational organization whose volunteers operate 35 enrichment<br />
centers all over Israel. The centers provide educational, social and emotional support to third<br />
grade to sixth grade pupils of limited financial means. <strong>Student</strong>s mentor the pupils by forging a<br />
strong personal relationship with them and helping them in the educational, social and<br />
emotional spheres. Activities are based on a combination of personal attention to each pupil and<br />
group activities in which the entire group provides support for each member. For information,<br />

"Tsemach"*<br />
"Tsemach" is a movement founded by students in order to encourage dialogue on values<br />
between college students and high-school pupils in order to strengthen the pupils’ sense of<br />
identity in particular and identification with the values of Israeli society among Israeli citizens in<br />
general. The activities encourage the pupils to perform military service, national service or some<br />

"Derech Ha'Galim"*<br />
"Derech Ha'Galim" is an educational and water sports center, that is located in <strong>Herzliya</strong>, which<br />
is dedicated to at-risk youth, with the goal of fulfilling their needs. One of the main objectives is<br />
to help the youths close the large gaps in their education that were developed over the years<br />
and help them succeed academically. <strong>Student</strong>s participate in the educational aspect of the<br />
program, helping eighth- and ninth-grade boys from various <strong>Herzliya</strong> schools to complete their<br />

Law <strong>Student</strong>s Serving the Community*<br />
In this project, volunteer work is accompanied by theoretical studies and discussions on<br />
the role of the lawyer and of the individual in society. <strong>Student</strong>s in the project will<br />
volunteer in courts and the executioner’s office, providing assistance to petitioners<br />
without legal representation, as well as teach law to eighth-grade pupils of limited means<br />
at the Neve Hadassah youth village on law. A district court judge will supervise the program.<br />
