The ''Law and Business'' Journal*<br />

Outstanding third and fourth year law students<br />

can join the editorial staff of <strong>IDC</strong> <strong>Herzliya</strong>'s<br />

law journal, Law and Business, which is<br />

published by the Radzyner School of Law.<br />

Most of the editorial work involves adapting,<br />

editing and preparing articles for publication in<br />

cooperation with their authors. For additional<br />

Developing Marketing strategies<br />

for Leading Companies through<br />

Practical Seminars*<br />

The seminars are for outstanding marketing<br />

students at the Arison School of Business. They<br />

are applied marketing seminars that are<br />

offered in cooperation with leading companies<br />

such as L’Oreal and Mercedes-Benz. <strong>Student</strong>s<br />

develop marketing and creative strategies for<br />

the companies, and conduct market analysis.<br />

In addition, students present the projects<br />

that they develop to the companies’<br />

management in a contest and the winning<br />

teams visit their companies’ international<br />

headquarters. The winning team in the<br />

L’Oreal seminar travels abroad to represent<br />

L’Oreal Israel in the international L’Oreal<br />

Brandstorm contest. For additional information,<br />

"Atid Meshutaf"<br />

Is a project provides outstanding finance students<br />

in their last year of studies with the opportunity<br />

to obtain practical experience managing<br />

investment portfolios. The project is part of a<br />

year-long course in managing investment<br />

portfolios that is taught by Prof. Rafi Eldor<br />

and leading investment advisors from the<br />

capital market. In the project, a scholarship fund<br />

is established with donations from <strong>IDC</strong> <strong>Herzliya</strong><br />

students, alumni and faculty as well as private<br />

donors and companies. The funds yielded<br />

by the investment fund will be used to provide<br />

scholarships to students of limited financial<br />

means. In addition, the "Kav Mancheh" group<br />

and the financial website Bizportal provide<br />

financial tools and information to help the<br />

students perform technical analysis and<br />

evaluate securities and currency investments.<br />

Moot Court*<br />

This special course offers selected third and<br />

fourth-year students at the Radzyner School<br />

of Law an initial taste of what a lawyer does.<br />

The course is a unique academic experience<br />

that culminates with a moot court that is held<br />

on campus at the end of the year before a panel<br />

of judges that usually includes a member of<br />

the Israeli Supreme Court. For additional<br />
