Lodgement time<br />
Daytime: Applies to mail lodged after 8am and be<strong>for</strong>e 5pm Monday to Friday.<br />
Evening: Applies to Print<strong>Post</strong> and Print PreSort mail lodged after 5pm, on weekends, or public holidays by prior arrangement with your local Mail Service Centre Manager.<br />
SOA Non-Con<strong>for</strong>mance codes and SOA prices and reference products<br />
Our Statement of Accuracy requirement is 85%. Where your lodgement doesn’t meet this we will add a Statement of Accuracy prefix to your original Product Code and you will be charged the rate shown in the column titled<br />
‘SOA prices and reference points’ on the portion between 85% and what you have declared on the Statement of <strong>Post</strong>ing <strong>for</strong>m. The remainder will be charged at the applicable Bulk Mail rate.<br />
The column titled ‘Reference Product’ contains the product codes that relate to the prices shown. These product codes are <strong>for</strong> reference only. The SOA Non Con<strong>for</strong>mance Code is the code that will appear on your invoice.<br />
<strong>New</strong> <strong>Zealand</strong> <strong>Post</strong> reserves the right to correct incorrect Statement of <strong>Post</strong>ing <strong>for</strong>ms. If the lodgement documentation does not reflect the characteristics of the actual mailing it will be changed and we will<br />
notify you of the change. Changes could result in your lodgement being charged at a different rate.<br />
