Former President <strong>of</strong> Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation to Add Additional Expertise<br />

to <strong>Guggenheim</strong>’s <strong>Business</strong> Aircraft Investment Platform<br />

NEW YORK – JUNE 20, 2011 – <strong>Guggenheim</strong> <strong>Partners</strong> today announced that <strong>Bryan</strong> <strong>Moss</strong>,<br />

former President <strong>of</strong> Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, h<strong>as</strong> joined the firm <strong>as</strong> <strong>Chairman</strong> <strong>of</strong> its<br />

<strong>Business</strong> Aircraft Investments activities. <strong>Moss</strong> will <strong>as</strong>sist in expanding the firm’s dedicated<br />

business aircraft investment activity <strong>as</strong> it seeks global investment opportunities.<br />

<strong>Moss</strong> previously served <strong>as</strong> Vice <strong>Chairman</strong>, President, and then President Emeritus <strong>of</strong> Gulfstream<br />

Aerospace (a subsidiary <strong>of</strong> General Dynamics Corporation), and <strong>as</strong> executive vice president <strong>of</strong><br />

the Aerospace Group at General Dynamics Corporation. Earlier in his career, he held various<br />

executive positions at Bombardier Aerospace Group and he went on to become President <strong>of</strong><br />

Bombardier’s <strong>Business</strong> Aircraft Division. He began his 40-year career at Lockheed-Georgia<br />

Company.<br />

Throughout his career <strong>Moss</strong> h<strong>as</strong> served on several international councils including the U.S.-<br />

China <strong>Business</strong> Council and the Council on Foreign Relations Mid-E<strong>as</strong>t Peace Process<br />

International Advisory Board. He previously served <strong>as</strong> chairman <strong>of</strong> the Associate Member<br />

Advisory Council <strong>of</strong> the National <strong>Business</strong> Aviation Association and w<strong>as</strong> on the board <strong>of</strong><br />

directors <strong>of</strong> the General Aviation Manufacturers Association. <strong>Moss</strong> currently serves on the Board<br />

<strong>of</strong> Directors <strong>of</strong> RTI International (NYSE:RTI); and on the Advisory Boards <strong>of</strong> Jet Support<br />

Services, Inc. and Duncan Aviation. He is also a member <strong>of</strong> the Georgia Tech Advisory Board<br />

and the Savannah College <strong>of</strong> Art and Design Board <strong>of</strong> Visitors.<br />
