SWEDEN - I got some news about Hoerby SW. The transmitters are now being dismantled since a week ago.<br />
The dismantling will take about two months. RNW has bought the transmitters and they will live for another 5-6 year<br />
in Madagascar. I feel pleased and sad at the same time... Just three ABB/Thales 500 kW transmitters. They were<br />
installed 1993. The mediumwave at Hoerby was closed down and scrapped 1985 after almost 40 years in service.<br />
