APPLICATION
WHO ARE THE<br />
BOOSTERS?<br />
The <strong>Bartlett</strong> <strong>High</strong> <strong>School</strong> <strong>Booster</strong> <strong>Club</strong> is a<br />
501-C3 Not-For-Profit organization.<br />
The <strong>Club</strong> is an organization of parents,<br />
teachers, administrators, and community<br />
members who serve as a support<br />
organization for all Individual Activity<br />
Groups encompassing academic, athletic,<br />
fine arts, and all other extracurricular<br />
activities at <strong>Bartlett</strong> <strong>High</strong> <strong>School</strong>.<br />
PURPOSE<br />
The purpose of the <strong>Club</strong> is to support and<br />
promote ALL educational activity groups at<br />
<strong>Bartlett</strong> <strong>High</strong> <strong>School</strong> by uniting students,<br />
parents, coaches, faculty, staff, and<br />
community in a way that enhances the<br />
sharing of school spirit, and provides moral<br />
as well as financial support. To assure the<br />
ongoing improvement to all <strong>Bartlett</strong> <strong>High</strong><br />
<strong>School</strong> athletic and activity group programs<br />
the <strong>Club</strong> shall recognize and work in<br />
conjunction with individual educational<br />
activity booster groups.<br />
ORGANIZATION<br />
The <strong>Booster</strong>s operate under an established<br />
set of By-laws, which prescribe how the<br />
organization conducts business. Open<br />
elections are held annually to elect<br />
Officers of the <strong>Club</strong>. A Board of<br />
Directors, which represent each Individual<br />
Activity Group, governs the <strong>Club</strong>.<br />
<strong>Membership</strong> Classes<br />
HAWK FAMILY MEMBERSHIP<br />
1. Cost is $25 per year per family.<br />
2. Contributions above the $25 membership fee<br />
will be directed to the Individual Activity<br />
Group noted on the <strong>Membership</strong><br />
Application.<br />
3. Family <strong>Membership</strong> allows parents to attend<br />
the meetings of the <strong>Booster</strong> <strong>Club</strong> and vote for<br />
officers of the club. Also members should<br />
attend the meetings of the Individual Activity<br />
Groups in which their children participate<br />
and vote on all issues.<br />
BUSINESS MEMBERSHIPS<br />
1. White <strong>Membership</strong> - $50 per year.<br />
2. Blue <strong>Membership</strong> - $100 per year.<br />
3. Green <strong>Membership</strong> - $250 per year.<br />
All Business Members will be recognized in the<br />
seasonal programs distributed by the <strong>Bartlett</strong> <strong>High</strong><br />
<strong>School</strong> <strong>Booster</strong> <strong>Club</strong>.<br />
