day the best mean of scintigrafic investigation,
although in our patient the histology confirmed a
mixed follicular-papillar cancer instead of a neuroendocrine
tumour. For all these reasons it could be a valid
idea to use those means of investigation also in
non neuroendocrine tumours. The second point that
comes out from this case is the high aggressiveness of
the prostatic lesion which involved both the bladder
and the ureter in only 2 months’ time.
