SYNDICATE:<br />
In accordance with, clause 2 <strong>of</strong> Rules <strong>of</strong> Business <strong>of</strong> the Syndicate framed by it in its 03/97 meeting held on 31.03.1997, the<br />
Syndicate shall ordinarily meet once in a quarter during the year on the 1st Saturday.<br />
1st meeting<br />

2nd week <strong>of</strong> April<br />
3rd meeting<br />
2nd week <strong>of</strong> July<br />
4th meeting<br />
2nd week <strong>of</strong> October<br />
ACADEMIC COUNCIL:<br />
In accordance with, clause 2 <strong>of</strong> Rules <strong>of</strong> Business <strong>of</strong> the Academic Council framed by Syndicate in its 03/97 meeting<br />
held on 31.03.1997, the Academic Council shall ordinarily meet once in a quarter during the year on the 1st Saturday.<br />

1st week <strong>of</strong> November<br />
2nd meeting<br />
1st week <strong>of</strong> February<br />
3rd meeting<br />
1st week <strong>of</strong> April<br />
4th meeting<br />
1st week <strong>of</strong> August<br />
SELECTION BOARD:<br />
In accordance with clause 1 <strong>of</strong> Rules <strong>of</strong> Business <strong>of</strong> the Selection Board framed by the Syndicate in its 03/97 meeting held<br />
on 31.03.1997, meeting <strong>of</strong> the Selection Board shall be convened as <strong>and</strong> when required under the directions <strong>of</strong> the Vice<br />
Chancellor. Normally the Selection Board will meet as per following Schedule:<br />
1st meeting<br />
1st week <strong>of</strong> March<br />
2nd meeting<br />
1st week <strong>of</strong> June<br />
FINANCE COMMITTEE:<br />
In accordance with clause 1 <strong>of</strong> Rules <strong>of</strong> Business <strong>of</strong> the Finance Committee framed by the Syndicate in its 03/97 meeting<br />
held on 31.03.1997 amendment in 5/98 meeting <strong>of</strong> the Syndicate, meeting <strong>of</strong> the Finance Committee shall be convened as<br />
<strong>and</strong> when required under the directions <strong>of</strong> the Vice Chancellor. Normally the Finance Committee will meet as per following<br />
schedule:<br />
