38.11 Refund of Securities
The university security, library security, hostel security and mess security are refunded when a student leaves the
university or the hostel (in case of mess security) after deduction of outstanding dues of the university, library, or the
hostel respectively. The university security, however, shall stand forfeited if a student withdraws from or leaves the
university before completing the first year.
38.12 Non-payment of Fee and Charges:
A fine of Rs.10.00 per day will be charged for a period of 30 days after the last date fixed for payment of fees and
charges. After that, the name of the defaulter will be struck off the rolls of the university and he will have to pay the
re-admission fee along with the fees and fine before he is re- admitted. Application to this effect shall be submitted to
the concerned Dean of Faculty.
However, a student who receives scholarship through the university Treasurer may pay his fee and charges without fine
within a week of receipt of the scholarship for the corresponding period.
