Diploma holders are eligible to apply in Category-I in their specific field only. They are not eligible to apply in any other category.<br />
29.3. Provisions about admission on the basis <strong>of</strong> a BSc Degree<br />
a. Given the qualifications <strong>and</strong> restrictions stated below, a person is eligible for admission to the Bachelor’s<br />
Degree courses at the <strong>University</strong> on the basis <strong>of</strong> a degree <strong>of</strong> Bachelor <strong>of</strong> Science.<br />
b. A person possessing a BSc degree is NOT eligible for admission to any Bachelors Degree course at the<br />
university unless he has also passed FSc. Pre engineering or Pre Medical Examination.<br />
29.4. Scope <strong>of</strong> Eligibility for BSc with FSc (Pre-<strong>Engineering</strong>)<br />
For admission to the BSc courses in any <strong>Engineering</strong> discipline, an applicant must have passed the BSc Examination<br />
with Physics <strong>and</strong> Mathematics.<br />
29.5. Gender<br />
Both male <strong>and</strong> female persons are eligible to apply for seats shown in the Seats Allocation Chart in section 30. The<br />
general pronoun “he” <strong>and</strong> its derivatives imply either <strong>of</strong> the sex.<br />
