92 Pitfalls and Pipelines: Indigenous Peoples and Extractive Industries
Endnotes
1
This paper was prepared in this version by Geoff Nettleton as an
expanded and updated version of a presentation that was made at the
International Conference on Extractive Industries and Indigenous
Peoples or the 2009 Manila Conference. Subsequently inputs were
made to the initial 2009 Manila Conference presentation by many
people, especially Kailash Kutwaroo who has previously acted as
co-author, and with inputs from Richard Solly, Roger Moody, Mark
Muller, Gunter Wippel. Without their inputs this paper would not have
been possible. Their contributions and advice have improved the paper
enormously. Any remaining limitations, however, are the responsibility
of Geoff Nettleton.
