The manufacturing method - bi-stretching - gives ONDEX products 

their originality, with incomparable mechanical strength. 

RENOLIT Ondex exports more than 80 % of its production. ONDEX 

sheets are used throughout the world in forty countries.

The manufacturing process used to produce ONDEX sheets is original 

and unique in the PVC sheet sector. 

ONDEX sheets are produced by a classic extrusion process. 

But the originality and exclusivity of this manufacturing process lies 

in its bi-stretching, which consists of stretching the sheets in both 

directions – in length and width. This creates a mesh in the molecular 

structure as the threads and weft in fabric. This completely mechanical 

process is perfectly stable over time and does not require the use of 

chemical additives which would be likely to speed up ageing of the 

sheets. 

This molecular reorganization gives ONDEX sheets their incomparable 

strength.

THE REFERENCE IN ROOFING AND CLADDING 

ONDEX BI-STRETCHED PVC sheets in the High Resistance range are designed 

for use in roofing and cladding. 

They are particularly suitable for industrial construction. 

The qualities of ONDEX HR sheets are such that they can be used in the most 

difficult environments for high quality constructions: 

Sustainability, durability; 

Strength, 1200 J shock-resistance, mechanical strength, hail and sport 

ball resistant; 

Fire classification M1, B1, class 1 (BS476-Part 7, Euroclasses), selfextinguishable, 

smoke extraction; 

Adapted light (crystal, translucid, diffusing ivory or opaque); 

Low temperature resistant 

Weather resistant (rain, snow or wind); 

Ageing resistant (bi-stretching and coextrusion combined); 

Bendability for use on a bent structure (concave or convex); 

Watertightness (dimensional stability); 

Resistant to salt climates; 

Chemical resistance (wide range of resistance);
