Repco Guarantee of Quality
Repco warrant all Radiator products bearing the brand name REPCO which within twenty four (24) months of sale or 50,000 kilometres whichever shall
occur first, are, upon delivery of such product to the seller, found to be defective will, on the return to the place of purchase, be replaced by Repco free
of charge.
This guarantee does not extend to damage caused by mis-use, improper installation or operations, lack of maintenance or other cause beyond the control
of Repco.
The guarantee is additional to any conditions or warranties applying by virtue of the Trade Practices Act or applicable state legislation and to all other rights
and remedies available to a consumer or goods or services in law.
Where reference is made to parts that may be substituted for other parts, Repco does not intend to imply that the substituted parts are necessarily of the
same standard and quality. Repco makes no representation that one product may be used to replace the other. Repco only represents that each of the
substituted parts mentioned are intended by the respective manufacturer thereof to be used for the same purpose.
