Initial registration
must be in person at the
State of Nevada, Division
of Aging Services. They are located at 3100 W.
Sahara Ave. Suite # 103, Las Vegas, NV 89103,
from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
The directions to the department are I-215
West to I-15 North. Exit onto Sahara Ave. turn
left for approximately 0.7 miles.
Applicants will need proof of residency:
Nevada identification or a utility bill for their residence.
The minimum age is 60 years.
