As an economical alternative to our<br />
industry standard 780 Series, we offer<br />
our 771 Series with a 3 mm top and<br />
bottomskins.<br />
The reduced skin thickness degrades the<br />
overall structural rigidity. The Table Tops<br />
are available in a full range of sizes and<br />
have the nominal dry damping level. The<br />
771 Series is the ideal configuration for<br />
less demanding applications for which<br />
low cost is the primary consideration.<br />
• Core: Steel honeycomb, closed-cell,<br />
0.25 mm thick foil<br />
• Core shear: modulus 19,300 kg/cm 2<br />
• Core: cell size < 3 cm 2<br />
• Core: density 230 kg/m 3<br />
• Flatness: ± 0.13 mm<br />
• Top skin: 430 Series ferromagnetic<br />
stainless steel, 3 mm thick<br />
• Sidewalls: Damped, formed steel<br />
channel, vinyl covered<br />
• Tapped holes: M6, backed by 25 mm<br />
long CleanTop II nylon cups<br />
