Nemacolin Woodlands understands that all aspects of your wedding
plans are important – because all the little things lead up to the biggest
day of your life. From intimate teas and casual luncheons to more
formal dinners, our team of event planners can help you pick the perfect
location, decorations and menus. From our ballrooms and smaller venues,
Nemacolin has just the right option for you.
Nemacolin’s team of award-winning chefs can create spectacular menus
from passed hors d’oeuvres and buffets to plated gourmet meals. Our
Certified Bridal Consultants will help you choose everything from table
linens, flatware and stemware to gift favors for guests. You can jazz
your reception up with a fully decorated themed party through our
ThemeWorks program. Regardless of the size of your guest list, we have

REHEARSAL DINNERS

for everything from super casual to highly formal – and you can even
choose to make your rehearsal dinner a “true party” with our fabulous
themed celebrations.
FAREWELL BRUNCH
Your ceremony and reception are over; say thank you to your family
and friends for their attendance with a wonderful brunch just for your
party. Our expert chefs can create magnificent brunch displays offering
everything from fresh pastries and fruit to omelet stations, sushi
and seafood.

For your transportation needs, Nemacolin does provide complimentary
shuttle services throughout the property for all guests. Special
transportation – including limousine service – can be arranged for the
wedding party and guests. Nemacolin can also provide the most romantic
transportation option available – a horse-drawn surrey.
SPECIALTY LINENS
As a standard offering to our brides, Nemacolin provides white floorlength
linens on all dining tables at any bridal shower, luncheon, dinner
or reception. Our Certified Bridal Consultants can also work with you to
choose custom linens and table décor that coordinate with your wedding
theme or colors.
For all dining functions, a diagram of your table arrangements will be
provided so that table assignments can be made, if needed.
WEDDING GIFTS AND CUSTOMIZED GIFT BASKETS
As a full-service wedding site, Nemacolin Woodlands is also the place

FOR THE MEN
Nemacolin offers the ultimate in outdoor adventure
for the groom and his groomsmen – or for any of
your gentlemen guests – from Off-Road Driving in
a Jeep Rubicon and target shooting at The Field
Club to paintball, rock climbing and an intense ropes
course.
Golf is always the ultimate guy event and our two
championship courses offer a challenge for golfers
of any handicap. Sculpted through the Laurel
Highlands, our traditional Links Course has a Par 70
layout that is a fun, fair test of golfing skills. And a
must play for men who want to tee up where the
champions have played, our Pete Dye-designed
Mystic Rock has a course rating of 77 and a slope of
149 from the championship tees.
