405 Full Circle Fitness
JANICE HUTTON
How often do fitness professionals stop and
consider a long term approach to fitness? Do
you personally have long term fitness goals?
Do you work with your clients/participants to
develop a long term fitness plan? The fitness
industry is rather young and we tend to focus
on fitness for today, rather than a plan for
tomorrow. This lecture will help you design a
long term fitness plan for yourself, your clients,
members or participants and will give you
great tools to be more visionary in your
fitness design. In this session we will discuss the
needs, attitudes and considerations for all
types of individuals from kids to older adults
to help you understand the value and
necessity of developing full cycle fitness plans.
You will leave with solid preparation to design
a long term fitness plan immediately. (L) FIS,
