Please note that at The Gathering Restaurant & Lounge we<br />
do not charge an automatic service charge. However, if you<br />
believe the service has been above that which you would<br />
expect and you wish to tip a member of our team we would<br />
like you to understand our policy. Credit card tips are subject<br />
to a 15% deduction for administration and other costs prior<br />
to distribution in full to employees in the restaurant through<br />
the company’s payroll system. Any tips paid in cash are fully<br />
retained by our employees and these may or may not be<br />
shared with other employees.<br />
