Is the Council aware that the overheight issue has not been addressed?
Response
Amendment to the plans relate to boundary setbacks. The applicant is still seeking
assessment under performance criteria regarding building height.
Question 5
Will Council defer the item so that the issue with Cone of Vision and over height of the
dwelling can be correctly assessed by the Town's planning department and that further
consultation between the Town, the applicant and myself can take place?

Mayor Withers advised that this matter will be discussed at tonight's meeting.

When can I get a written reply to 7 questions asked at the last month's Council meeting?
Response
It is confirmed that there has been no written response provided to Ms Kordic and this
can be provided in the next two to three weeks. It is noted that the response provided at
the last Council meeting is included in the minutes of that meeting and that the Manager,
Development has met on site with Ms Kordic since the last meeting to discuss the
concerns she has raised.

Has a proper traffic assessment study been undertaken?

Infrastructure Services have assessed the plans and determined that they meet the
Town's access/crossover requirements.

Re: DV11.112 - Lots 70, 71 and 72 Cambridge Street, Wembley
Ms Putt made reference to a perspectives sketch of the proposed development for 334-
336 Cambridge Street, Wembley. Ms Putt questioned whether Council was aware that
this drawing did not provide a full impression of the building.
