10.1 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF ELECTORS 2010/11 - DECISIONS
PURPOSE OF REPORT:
To consider any decisions made at the Annual General Meeting of Electors, held on
Wednesday 14 December 2011.
BACKGROUND:
This report is submitted to Council in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.33 of the
Local Government Act 1995 which states that all decisions made at an electors' meeting are to
be considered at the next ordinary Council meeting.
DETAILS:
The Annual General Meeting of Electors of the Town of Cambridge was held commencing at
7.06 pm on Wednesday, 14 December 2011. There were 5 ratepayers and residents present.
Annual Report
The business of the meeting was considered, with the contents of the Annual Report for
2010/2011 being approved by the meeting.
Moved by Cr Alan Langer, seconded by Cr Corinne MacRae
That in accordance with the requirements of section 5.33 the Local Government Act
1995, the Annual Report for the 2010/2011 financial year be adopted.

The Mayor then conducted the Award Ceremony for the Annual Garden Competition,
presenting the following prizes:-
