It certainly seems that the Good Hope Centre has become the venue of choice when hosting the bigger car shows. This could very well have been the biggest Cape Town car show of the year, thus far, and considering it was slap bang in the middle of one of the many long weekends we saw this April, it was jam-packed with people and activities alike. Many have tried car shows with a hive of activities, but few have succeeded. As far as I am concerned, Zabby and his team pulled off one extremely successful show. There was some concern in the last few days running up to the event, as Mother Nature saw fit to give us good showers. With rain on Friday as well as Saturday we feared that many entrants would rather keep their pride and joy nicely tucked away in the garage at home to remain cosy and dry. stalls selling arts and crafts. There was something for everyone's taste, including a fashion show of men's and women's clothing. All the big names in the industry were pulled in to add to the displays.
