Preamplifier for Pressure Based Flow Monitoring 97211<br />

The single-channel preamplifier is used for signal transmission between a dispensing valve with pressure sensor and<br />

a downstream Loctite ® controller 97152 or 97153. The amplifying factor is adjusted depending on the viscosity of the<br />

product to be processed. The Online Flow Monitor is an ideal tool for quality assurance in automated manufacturing<br />

processes. In order to integrate such a monitoring system in the production process, a special dispensing valve with<br />

an integrated pressure sensor is required (see page 24).<br />

Preamplifier for Calorimetric Flow Monitoring 97512<br />

The two-channel preamplifier is used for signal transmission between the dispensing valve with calorimetric<br />

sensor (97830) and a downstream Loctite ® controller 97152 or 97153. Set-up of the amplifying factor is<br />

not required; the valve itself provides permanent self-monitoring of the measuring circuit with status indication.<br />

The Online Flow Monitor is an ideal tool for quality assurance in automated manufacturing processes.<br />

The calorimetric measuring principle requires a minimum cycle time of 1.2 seconds.<br />

The Loctite ® Fluorescence Detector with lens is a robust monitoring unit that is designed for visual detection and<br />
