Diaphragm Valve 97135/97136<br />
In combination with a semi-automatic or automatic controller, Diaphragm Valves are suitable for dispensing all low<br />
(97135) to medium (97136) viscosity anaerobic and UV light curable adhesives. All wetted components inside the valve<br />
are PTFE to prevent premature curing. The valve has a simple design that facilitates cleaning, servicing and diaphragm<br />
replacement.<br />
The opening of the diaphragm takes place by pressurising an internal single-acting cylinder. When in idle position, the<br />
valve is held closed by spring pressure. Sealing in idle position is achieved by an internal spring pushing a piston<br />
against the diaphragm, re-seating the diaphragm over the flow path. The diaphragm valve is not suitable for moisture<br />
sensitive products like CAs.<br />

Shut-Off Valve 97664/97676<br />
The Shut-Off Valve is used in combination with the Eccentric Rotor Pump 3RD8-L / 4RD6-L / 3RD12-L for dispensing<br />
Loctite silicones (97664) or anaerobic sealants (97676). It is opened and closed by a double acting cylinder and<br />
provides a clean cut-off of the fluid flow from the dispensing nozzle.<br />
The valve is installed between eccentric rotor pump and dispensing needle. A pressure sensor can be screwed<br />
directly into the valve body for monitoring the amount of product dispensed.<br />
