The successful concept of the coating thickness meter Testboy 70 is not based purely on its high-degree of measuring
precision, but also includes its indisputably easy and safe handling characteristics. Its robust plastic housing is UV resistant
and sealed to protect against splashing water. It measures the thickness of all non-magnetic coatings such as paintwork,
enamel, chrome, copper, zinc and so forth on steel or iron substrates. By exchanging the measurement probes
it is equally possible to measure all insulating coatings such as paints, plastics, enamels and so forth on non-magnetic
metal substrates (for example, on aluminium, copper, brass). The Testboy 70 is particularly suitable for use in car repair
workshops and by expert assessors to examine motor vehicles for signs of previous accident damage.
