cross examinations; directing legal research; directing the preparation of expert<br />

appearing in court on high profile cases.<br />

Responsibilities and duties also included appearing as counsel before the British<br />

Columbia Supreme Court, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of<br />

Canada Trial Division, the Federal Court of Appeal and a wide range of<br />

administrative tribunals plus managing the Pacific Regional <strong>Office</strong> of the legal<br />

division of a major federal administrative tribunal. Major cases worked on included<br />
