Note:-<br />
1. Minimum monthly wages as prescribed vide Government of NCT of Delhi<br />
(Labour Department) Order No.F.12(142)/02/MW/Lab/5556 dated 18.03.2012<br />
as amended/revised from time to time will be paid by <strong>UGC</strong>. For staff<br />
mentioned under Para 2 (B) (1), (2), (3) & (4) fixed remuneration as<br />
mentioned in tender documents will be paid.<br />
2. ESIC, EPF & Bonus may be charged extra by the service provider as per<br />
rates applicable from time to time.<br />
3. Service Tax & Education Cess will be paid extra on Serial No.1 & 2 above.<br />
