This quarterly update provides a summary <strong>of</strong> all proposed developments within<br />

the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Oxnard</strong>. The developments summary tables are separated by<br />

residential, commercial and industrial project types. The city’s staff planner<br />

(project manager) for each project is identified by their initials. Please contact the<br />

Developer directly for project details such as construction timing, cost, and<br />

availability. The staff planner can assist with inquiries related to the planning<br />

process, including any public meeting scheduled for projects.<br />
