Sonoma County Fairgrounds RV Park Rules & Regulations THE SONOMA COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ANYTIME, TO REFUSE SERVICE AND MODIFY RV PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS RV Spaces are on a first come/first served basis. Registration is due immediately upon arriving to the RV Park. Cash, credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) or money order are accepted for payment, no checks will be accepted. Payment in full is due at time of registration. For weekend and after hour’s registration, please see RV Park Host. RV Park Host is on-site to enforce rules and regulations of the Sonoma County Fairgrounds RV Park. If RV Park Host is not available between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. call (707)293-8410. Please see RV Park Host or Administration for gate and restroom lock combinations. Please close gate, restroom and laundry doors after each use. ONLY PAID GUEST MAY STAY OVERNIGHT. Visitors must park in visitor designated parking only and must vacate the RV Park by 10:00 p.m. Violation of park rules will be considered grounds for immediate eviction. Stay limit is 14 nights at current rate per price list per night*. Once this consecutive night limit has been reached, the park must be vacated and no one in the party may return to stay for 30 days. This rule does not apply to official Fairgrounds Exhibitors while on grounds as exhibitors. Under conditions set by the Sonoma County Fairgrounds Manager, limited extensions may be granted, dependent on the needs of the Sonoma County Fairgrounds. Check out time on day of departure is 12:00 p.m. Payment for extensions (if granted) is due by 12:00 p.m. on departure date. *Rates are for two people, there will be an additional charge as per price list for each additional person/vehicle per night. All rigs entering RV Park are subject to inspection and must pass inspection by the RV Host to be allowed to stay within the RV Park. Generally, rigs older than 10 years old are not allowed, some exceptions will apply. Rigs with obvious disrepair will not be allowed to stay unless they are part of an event happening on the Fairgrounds. Only 2 vehicles INCLUDING RV/TRAILER will be allowed in your assigned site for overnight stays. There will be an additional charge as per price list for each additional vehicle. All vehicles must be parked within your site or in a designated parking area. All vehicles must display the proper permit at all times to re-enter the RV Park. Additional vehicles must have a proper permit to leave and re-enter and may not stay overnight, at anytime, for any reason, unless prior arrangements have been made and paid for with RV Host. Driving or parking off road is not permitted. Speed limit is 5 MPH – Drivers must obey all traffic signs and operate their vehicles in accordance with posted regulations and applicable Federal, State and local laws. VEHICLES OF ANY TYPE ARE FOR ACCESS TO AND FROM <strong>RV</strong> SITE ONLY. Racing, exhibition of<br />

speed and driving off road are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN AND WILL RESULT IN IMMIEDIATE<br />

REMOVAL FROM THE <strong>RV</strong> PARK.<br />

NO TENTS ALLOWED.<br />

NO VEHICLE WASHING OR REPAIRS ALLOWED.<br />

NO BUSINESS MAY BE CONDUCTED IN THE <strong>RV</strong> PARK.<br />

NO BLACK OR GREY WATER IS TO COME INTO CONTACT WITH THE GROUND: Rinse holding<br />

tank basin after each use.<br />

NO FIRES ALLOWED: Fully contained barbecue grills and camping stoves are okay.<br />

NO LITTERING: Littering of the <strong>RV</strong> <strong>Park</strong>, <strong>RV</strong> Site, <strong>RV</strong> Laundry Room or <strong>RV</strong> Restrooms will not be<br />

tolerated. This includes smoking materials. Extinguish and properly dispose of all smoking materials in<br />

proper receptacles (NOT ON THE GROUND). Place garbage and litter in containers provided.<br />

NO LOUD RADIOS OR MUSIC AT ANYTIME: Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. No<br />

loud talking/generators. Please be considerate of others. Disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.<br />

Dogs/Cats running loose will be impounded at the owner’s sole expense. Aggressive dogs/cats of<br />

any breed are not welcome in the <strong>RV</strong> <strong>Park</strong>. Dogs/cats are NOT allowed on the fairgrounds. No dogs/cats<br />

may be left unattended. All dogs/cats must be on a leash no longer than 6’ (six feet) and under control and<br />

in visual observation of their owners at all times when they are outside of the owner’s <strong>RV</strong> or vehicle.<br />

Dogs/cats are not allowed to be tied up and left unattended. Uncontrolled barking will not be tolerated at<br />

anytime. Dogs/cats must be cleaned up after immediately.<br />

Anyone under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.<br />

All personal equipment must be stored within your assigned site, inside your vehicle. <strong>RV</strong> sites must be kept<br />

clean for the enjoyment of all our guests. Leave natural areas the way you find them. Do not carve, chop,<br />

cut or damage any trees in the <strong>RV</strong> <strong>Park</strong>.<br />

No alcoholic beverages are allowed outside of your <strong>RV</strong>/Trailer space.<br />

Spreading of any products on the ground to deter insects is strictly forbidden. Please contact <strong>RV</strong> <strong>Park</strong><br />

Camp Host for any insect issues.<br />

Drugs, weapons, fighting, lewd conduct, reckless driving, speeding are not permitted.<br />

The <strong>Rules</strong> and <strong>Regulations</strong> must be adhered to, as well as any other directions given by the <strong>RV</strong> <strong>Park</strong><br />

Camphost or <strong>Sonoma</strong> <strong>County</strong> <strong>Fairgrounds</strong> Management. Any violators of the above policies will be asked<br />

to leave the <strong>RV</strong> <strong>Park</strong> without refund of fees.<br />

PURSUANT TO THE CALIFORNIA RECREATIONAL VEHICLE OCCUPANCY LAW, THE<br />

“RECREATIONAL VEHICLE MAY BE REMOVED AS SPECIFIED IN SECTION 799.22…” FOR<br />

FAILURE TO PAY OR COMPLY WITH PARK CAMPING POLICY. CIVIL CODE SECTIONS 799.22,<br />

799.43 AND 799.58.<br />
