RUNNING SKYLITE IN A WEB BROWSER APPENDIX B MSM-Specific Issues - Multi Session Manager If sessions are active and the Web browser is closed, then MSM will initiate the session within the normal SkyLite container. When sessions are controlled by MSM in this way (external to the browser), they can occasionally take up to 20 seconds to close, giving the appearance that SkyLite has hung - the hourglass pointer is the only indication. But remember that remote Internet clients will need a copy of the Web-enabled version of SkyLite installed on their PCs. This SkyLite can be used with Microsoft's Internet Explorer - we recommend Version 4.0 or later.
