Selecting files to query
Click the INSERT
button to add a set
of criteria in the
selection window.
Click the UPDATE
button to register
changes to an existing
set of criteria or to
add a subsequent set
of criteria.
Click the
REMOVE button
to erase a set of
criteria.
Choosing fields to display or print
Fields will be listed
for the file
highlighted in the
selection window of
the FILE tab.
Click the FIELD
tab to indicate the
fields to be
included in the
output.
