Record lookup
• The record lookup features of DMS:SCOPE are greatly enhanced by the use of
GUI controls for the parameters.
• The Ctrl+K key fields are now presented in a drop-down list box from which you
can select the desired lookup key.
• Key abbreviation may be toggled on and off through a check box.
After you have supplied the
lookup criteria, you may select
the desired record from the
supplied list; or you may decide
to use the FIELDS option to
specify the information from the
record that you would like to see
in the list before you choose a
record. When the Fields dialog
box appears, you may enter a
series of field names to use in
the list.
