Technical Support
The SkyLite installed product contains useful information about your version of SkyLite.
You can copy or print this information.
From the Help menu, select About SkyLite.
You get information on the following:

Support
Your technical support details.
General
Environment
Your version of SkyLite, license number, and
other relevant information.
This provides information on your Windows
environment.
Running SkyLite on a Network
The network supervisor can run SkyLite, but other users cannot
If your network users cannot start up SkyLite:
• Check that you have given them the correct file access rights to use the SkyLite
software.
• On Novell they will need to read, execute and scan access rights to the SkyLite
files.
• On NFS they will need to read and execute the SkyLite files.
General Use
Error message “Application needs to run in enhanced mode”
Restart Windows using enhanced mode; see your Windows documentation for more
information.
Error message “Not enough memory to run application”
SkyLite needs a small continuous part of the PC’s memory to run.
Close down any unused applications, and try again. If the problem persists, restart
Windows to flush memory, and try to load SkyLite again.
