Hebrews 10 :1-4, NW No man, from Abel to John the Baptist, could offer the needed human sacrifice, because they all drew their existence from sinner Adam and were condemned for inborn sin . So they had no right to perfect human life which they could sacrifice for others . Moreover, no man could ascend to heaven to pay the needed human ransom to God . No man of flesh and blood can approach glorious Jehovah God and yet live . -Exodus 33 :20. 12 Were it not for the promises of Jehovah God from Eden forward, the prospect of life and incorruption for human creatures would have been absolutely dark. What, then, brought the opportunity for life and incorruption to the light of reality? The sending of God's Son from heaven four thousand years after Eden did so . Then he was manifested to be the Seed of God's "woman", the Seed who suffers the heel-wound from the Serpent but who is to crush the Serpent's head and bless all families of the earth . So with the apostle Paul all his fellow Christians can say : God 12 . How was light shed upon life and incorruption for us?

100 "THIS MEANS EVERLASTING LIFE" "saved us and called us with a holy calling, not by reason of our works, but by reason of his own purpose and undeserved kindness . This was given us in connection with Christ Jesus before times long lasting, but now it has been made clearly evident through the manifestation of our Savior, Christ Jesus, who has abolished death but has shed light upon life and incorruption through the good news" .-2 Timothy 1 :9,10, NW . 3.1 What the dying human race needs is primarily life on earth, not life in heaven, where they do not belong . But incorruption, which corresponds with immortality, is something more than human life and is to be enjoyed only by those at- 13 . With what is incorruption linked? What opened the way to it?
