Because he carries a "great crowd" of these
other sheep safely through that battle with
which this world ends, the earth will never be
depopulated, from the beginning of the thousand
years' rule to its successful end . The Kingdom
will have subjects with which to begin its rule,
and the organization of the new earth will begin
at once . The spiritual Kingdom of Christ Jesus
and his 144,000 will make up the righteous new
heavens, and the visible organization of mankind
according to the divine will then makes up the
new earth . "And I," says John, "saw a new heaven
and a new earth, for the former heaven and
the former earth had passed away, and the sea
is no more."-Revelation 21 :1, NW.

Concerning those who sit on the heavenly
throne with him it is written : "And power of
judging was given them ." This further proves that
this kingdom of judgment is to be a millennium in
length. The apostle Peter states that to be the
length of the world's great judgment day : "By
the same word the heavens and the earth that are
now are stored up for fire and are being reserved
to the day of judgment and of destruction of the
ungodly men . However, let this one fact not be
escaping your notice, beloved ones, that one day
is with Jehovah as a thousand years and a thousand
years as one day ." 2 Peter 3 :7, 8, NW By
the Kingdom of the Son whom he first raised
from the dead Jehovah God will judge the world
in righteousness and will teach truth, justice and
righteousness.-Acts 17 :31 .
