7 In the preceding three parables Jesus described
the judgment he holds with those who are in line
for the heavenly kingdom. He separates them into
the faithful, discreet slave class and the evil slave
class, the discreet virgin class and the foolish virgin
class, and the good, faithful servant class and
the wicked sluggish slave class . Now in this final
parable Jesus describes the judgment of the people
of the nations which results in separating
them, some like sheep to the King's right hand
of favor and protection, and some like goats to
his left hand of disfavor and condemnation . The
angels share with him in the separating work .
