Theocratic organization instructions for the congregation
at all times until its glorification in
heaven.
e Appointments of official servants in the congregation
are from the Theocratic Creator and
through Christ Jesus . Servants must be put in
position under the guiding influence of God's
spirit of holiness and must have the qualifications
laid down in God's Word . So the appointments are
not by a democratic or popular election, as when
the people of Rome used to vote to elect a pope,
nor by a political government of this world . But appointments
are through the Theocratic organization
