Ice Machines Ice-O-Matic is part of the Scotsman Industries Group. Manufactured from highly polished food safe stainless steel and fully insulated throughout. Using spray technology to produce long lasting crystal clear ice in individual thimble shaped cubes (ICEU35 to ICEU185 models). Front venting air intake and exhaust allow installation in the tightest areas. The larger selfcontained models and modular machines have the option of full cube or half cube shaped ice. Removal of key parts for maintaining hygiene standards is simple and tool free providing quick and easy cleaning. Generous bin design allows for easy, ergonomic access to the ice for the operator. AgION antibacterial compound is used to reduce harmful bacteria growth and maintain food safety between cleaning cycles. Optional extras and accessories.
