Lay Electoral Conference ."-On motion of Dong De Gi it was
voted to receive the Lay Electoral Conference.
Ding Maing lng was announced as having been elected lay
delegate to the Generai Conference and Carrie 1. Jewell reserve
delegate.
Brief addresses were made by Ding Maing lng, F. Ohlinger
and Bishop Moore.
The Doxology was sung, announcements were made and the
benediction pronounced by M. C. Wilcox.
Fourth Day, Afternoon Session.
The Conference convened at 3 p. m. for a memorial service,
Bishop Moore in the chair.
Question Thirteen was taken up. l/Vho have died during the
yearf
Diong Giu Hua and Ling Seu Uong, were announced as
having died during the year.
Memoirs :-On motion of J. H. Worley the memoirs were
ordered condensed and printed in the Conference minutes.
At Bishop Moore's request Ding Siu Kung took charge of the
service. After a hymn had been sung and prayer offered N guo
Go Sung gave an account of the life, work and death ()f Ling Seu
Uong and .Mrs. Li Guong Siu.
At the request of Bishop Moore, W. H. Lacy took the chair.
Ding Deng Dieu presented a memoir of Diong Giu H ua; and
Ceng Ung Uong of Mrs. Go Diek Sieng.
The service closed with the benediction by W H. Lacy. ..,
Fifth Day, Saturday, Oct. 10th.
The Conference convened at 8: 30 a. m. Bishop Moore in
the chair. Devotional services were conducted by Dong De Gi;
the English and Chinese minutes were read and approved.
