12.0. RECOMMENDATIONS
12.1. That the Committee decide whether to continue encouraging the use of a
Challenge 21 Scheme within the Licensing Policy or should a review of
the current Licensing Policy be undertaken with a view to moving
towards an encouragement of the Challenge 25 Scheme.

13.1. The licensing and compliance role of the Council is important in
improving the health, safety, security and welfare of the District's
residents, visitors and business community.
