Studies are being performed using a heavy summer base case for north to<br />

south flows and light winter base case for south to north flows. In order to<br />

achieve maximum flows, the north to south studies will include cases<br />

modeling other planned future projects such as the MSTI project or the<br />

Overland DC line.<br />
